300 kW electric power station components: commercial offer
The current document contains description and pricing of components for an electric power station, including a steam turbine with a generator and 300 kW electrical output and a high- pressure steam boiler. Our services, according to the predetermined price, also include designing and planning works, as well as installation and adjustment. Yet they do not include shipment which will be billed later, for it requires more detailed calculations. We pay your attention that the current offer includes only the necessary components and services in order to give you a better price. Steam Turbine Specification -0.3-1.3/ 0.12 steam turbine (ST) is a one-cylinder unit with a bilateral pressure stage. Figure 1 ST is enabled with a nozzle steam distribution. Input steam is delivered to the steam chamber located in the upper part of the cylinder and contains a stop valve and control valves from where steam moves to the bilateral stage. 2 The anchor point of ST is attached to the body of its front bearing. The turbine is provided with both terminal and diaphragm labyrinth steam packings. The steam-air mass is pumped off from end compartments to the steam condenser. The second packing chamber (next to the machine room) is filled with consolidated steam at 1.2 kgf/ cm pressure. ST rotates the GSV-280-S-4 electric generator with the nominal power of 320kW (a similar model is displayed at Figure 2). Figure 2 ST is supplied by the electric control system. The changing of control valves inputting fresh steam is performed by servomotors on electric drives. ST oil system is fed by T 22 oil (GOST 32-34) used for oiling bearings at 0.15 Mpa (1.5 kgf/ cm) pressure. Using TP-22 (GOST 9972-74) or similar oils is acceptable. ST is supplied by an oil pump, which is all at once a start and standby oil pump. At nominal rotation speed oil is delivered to oiling system by the pump located on the rotor shaft. At ST start oil delivering is performed by a detached electrical pump unit. Oil streams to the system by passing the reduction valve. ST control system assures the automatic start of the standby oil pump and emergency ST shutdown at lowering the oil pressure level in the system. Scheme of Components Figure 3 3 Steam Boiler (prospective) by Biysk Boiler Factory: Figure 4 Extra control and automation features ST can be also supplied with a complex control and safety system that will allow to run and control most of the units automatically. Those features are considered to be extra and are priced separately. ST control and safety system guarantees: 24/ 7 control of all parameters and functions; registration of crucial parameters; technological, precautionary and emergency alarm; manual remote and automatic control, including system blocking, starting standby capacities and stabilizing a number of parameters; automatic ST protection remote control of key parameters via Internet 4 Technical characteristics and comparison of steam turbines The current chapter depicts the technical parameters of -0.3-1.3/ 0.12 turbine. In the table below you can also see the advantages of -0.3-1.3/ 0.12 as compared with a turbine with higher parameters. Table 1 As comparing the characteristics of the two steam turbines, we have come to the following conclusions: 1. Increasing the pressure of fresh steam at turbine input demands a significant increase of stages number, and thus results in significant increase of total installation price. 2. Increasing the temperature of fresh steam at turbine input requires significantly more expensive materials. 3. Above all, -0.3-1.3/ 0.12 gains its 55% efficiency, so its no need to elaborate a more complex and expensive solution to reach the maximum of productivity. At this point, we recommend -0.3-1.3/ 0.12 as the most reasonable solution considering both price and efficiency.
