Installment Payment Plan:

Notes:

1. Additional Charges include one time electric connection charge, one time
water connection charge, maintenance charge and subscription charge.
(Maintenance charges and Subscription charges are covered for a period of
three (3) years. The period would come in effect from the date of offer of
possession.

2. Plot Nos., situation, approximate areas, rate/s contributions, etc as per
effective rate sheet/plan as a part of the scheme brochure shows the total
super area of the plot, net plot area is 30% less of the super area is
considered towards all such common area i.e. common plots, roads etc. is
included in the said area.

3. Stamp duty and Registration Charges etc shall be extra at actual and to be
borne by the applicant.

4. Prices mentioned above are subject to change from time to time at the sole
discretion of the company.

5. Project Consultants have rights to change or revise altogether, the scheme or
part of the scheme or any details therein and make one or more sub-divisions
of any unit or combine two or more units of the scheme and all such changes,
revisions, subdivisions and/or combinations shall be binding to all.

6. Cancellation of booking shall incur penalty charges.

7. Development of bungalows in individual property is mandatory. The same
shall depend on plot location and super area of plot.

8. Membership is available to only those who purchase property in "Kensville."
Residential Membership is available to only the family. Family includes
spouse and minor children of the allottee. Playing membership shall be
available to only the allottee and spouse.

9. Prices, terms and conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view
to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive.
