day and sometimes once a week.

2. 3o you elieve you are getting enough fruits and vegetales in your diet? How do fruit and
vegetales affect your vitamin and mineral intake?
I think I get enough fruit and vegetales. I almost eat too much fruit in one day I guess.
0aye those days don$t show it so much! ut normally I eat at least " different fruits a day.
4. #hat vitamin or mineral are you lacking the most?
I know I need more 512! ecause I had some lood test going on. I think I have a lack of
cholesterol too.

I$ll get way to many calories a day! ut I normally don$t think it$s like that! that$s why it is my
unhealthy day. I also do a lot of sports! so that might e still kind of ok. 0y normal day is
pretty good.

I think I get a little it too much unhealthy fat that I should! ut I have enough healthy fat.

I take a little it too much sodium! so I should increase that. It could give me high lood
pressure.

5eing active is good for your ody and also for your mentality. It helps me calm down and
have fun at the same time. It also helps you focus and e passionede aout something.

I think I should start not eating as much in the evening as I am used to do. I think it would
help increasing ody fat. I also think drinking more water and drinking protein shakes would
help eing more healthy.
