To analyze the Credit Card accounts on the real time basis, compare the transaction from the
previous spending pattern of customer, check the credibility of the customer, payment history,
abnormal behavior , consider the several risk factors for the current working account, check about
all the parameters to qualify for the decision to be made whether release the card account or
block immediately, follow the quality parameters in the analysis, take care of the run days on the
factions of time period on the decline and approval queue and hence finally save the maximum
open to buy for the credit card account.
Product Team for product developments & Operations Team for urgent operational issues.
Having the online observation of the all transactions by the specifically designed software as net
secure and track the each and every transaction activity.

boxes and viewing card and also retuning the complete system to upgrade software to have the

tanker supply, water supply, water contamination complains, sewage blockage complains, water
harvesting systems and also to resolve the queries completely while tracking the delivery report from
the zonal control room and customer resolution cell of Delhi Jal Board .
Responsible for sales and business development activities in the region.
Handle the SMS operation of Delhi Jal Board, Dish TV and resolve the queries online.
Have the marketing survey as per the requirement of the management, outbound verification,
welcome calling for new customers, prospective customer, Dealers, Distributors.
