Halifax, NS Halifax, NS Halifax, NS Halifax, NS Reverse psychology is a term we often hear talked
about, but we almost always use it in reference to our
interactions with other people. However, motivational speaker
Eddie LeMoine is poised to turn traditional thinking on its head,
by encouraging us to apply a little reverse psychology on
ourselves. This approach is outlined in LeMoine's new book,
Bring About What You Think About, and its companion speaking
series.
LeMoine's own personal and professional experiences led him
to devise the approach, and it is one that is firmly grounded in
both the power of positive thinking, and in sound business
practices: One of the most common problems I encounter is
that people dont actually know what it is they want to achieve.
They have some kind of vague vision of the future in mind, but
nothing workable. You have to identify your dream before you
can make it an achievable goal.
LeMoine finds that one of the simplest ways to do this, is by identifying whats missing for them, or
what they dont want in their life then think about the opposite of that, and that will represent what
it is they really do want. While Eddie is a sought-after business consultant, his methods are just as
easily applied to all individuals.
You have to start living your life as though youve already achieved that goal. Otherwise youre not
going to make the kind of substantive changes needed to get to that point. Think about it this way, if
your dream is to be a fitter person, you need to envision what that looks like and shape your
behaviours accordingly. Think about what youd be doing in your life as a fitter person in terms
of diet, exercise, and lifestyle. If you incorporate all those behaviours into your life today then
guaranteed, that goal will be achieved.
Bring About What You Think About is a hands-on, practical workbook designed to help business
and individuals realize their potential. It is available through Be That Books Publishing, Inc. at
