LED Based Solar Street Light

A Jain Jyot LED Based Solar Street Light is a lighting
system consisting of Super Bright Light Emitting Diodes
wSystem is Completely Shock Proof Due to Low Voltage
(LED's), SMF battery, electronics placed in a suitable

through the PV module.
The operation is very simple. The solar energy is converted
to electrical energy by the SPV module and stored in a
sealed maintenance-free (SMF) battery. During charging,
green light on charge controller will be continuously ON.
After battery is full charged, green light will blink. At night,
when solar panel voltage drops, luminary will be
automatically switched ON & in the morning, when solar
panel voltage increases, luminary will be automatically
switched OFF. Therefore, it is ideal for remote/ inaccessible

The Jain Sunlight Solar Water Heating Systems
are backed up by a warranty of 5 years against
manufacturing defects subject to the conditions stipulated
therein.

It is a natural process in which Solar energy is absorbed by
the black coating on the outside of the inner tube & the
same is transferred to the water inside the tube. Water on
the upper side of the vacuum tube becomes hot & lighter in
weight & it starts rising up into the tank. At the same time,
heavier cold water from the tank comes downward from
lower side of the tube. This cycle repeats till all the water is
heated so long as solar radiation is available.
Domestic systems are designed for temperature upto 60C.
However, in summer or during periods of less use, higher
temperatures can be achieved.

For Indian conditions, 25 to 30 liters per person per day is
the average hot water use. Accordingly, 100 LPD system is
suitable for a family of 3-4 members.
Use soft water & keep the glass tubes always clean. Check
for leakages & valve functioning periodically. Keep in mind
that this system is meant for non-pressurised application
only. Air vent to the hot water tank is MUST.

Periodically, clean the tank & tubes for any scale buildup.

Soft loan is available for 5 years repayment period. Interest
rate is 2% for individuals, 3% for non-profit making & 5% for
