3.1 Speaking and Writing
3.1.1Enter Forum 2 and follow the instructions to participate.

3.1.2 Meet a classmate online and go over case study 7 on page 73 of your Market
Leader book. Then develop task 1.

We are think that the problem can be born by poor management of the business, the
company manager might consider doing quality audits of their employees to work at
least once a month this makes evident the possible mistakes that employees to
develop their tasks within the organization and prevent long-term problems.
They can conduct training to company employees on issues of service and quality,
sensitize employees to possible needs of customers so that they can provide excellent
service and avoid complaints from users and customers.
Create a space for relaxation or rest for employees for at least 20 minutes a day to
resume their work calmly and disposition

Using Other Punctuation Marks Correctly

4.1.2 As in Stage 1 you chose one Colombian company or an international
company and you have been working on their background, now you have
to select one company from their direct competition.
4.1.3 Look for information of the company you chose in step 2 above.
4.1.4 Finally create a diagram comparing both companies (the one chose in Stage
1 of this project, and the one you chose as its competitor). Use any
collaborative and interactive tool to present this information -time lines,
