Arar Power Plant Extension IV-Simple Cycle Plant Arar-Saudi Arabia
Client: Saudi Electric Company (SEC)
Duties:
o Lead Mechanical QA/QC Engineer
Preparing of quality management procedures (QMP).
Preparing of project quality plan (PQP).
Preparing of mechanical works ITPs.
Preparing of welding procedure specification, procedure qualification record and welder
performance qualification according to ASME IX and BS EN 287-1.
Dealing with subcontractors to implement all applicable projects specifications and standards.
Carry out audit plan on the subcontractors to make sure the quality system of the project is
adhered to.
Carry out all applicable inspections for the vendor supplied materials.
Follow up all quality activities on the site and make sure that the RFIs are issued according to
project ITPs.
Dealing with NCR, SOR, CPR and make sure they are closed out at the planned time.

corresponding applicable codes and standards.

Perform difficult and thorough field construction inspections.

budgets are met for these expenses.
