No passo de um simples

pardal,
Um pssaro de humildade
sem fim;
Minha vida tem pouco
valor,
Mas meu Deus cuida de
mim.




I am only a little sparrow,
A bird of low degree;
My life is of little value,
But the dear Lord cares
for me.
I know there are many sparrows
All over the world they are found;
But our heavenly Father knows
When one of us falls to the ground.
Sei que existem muitos pardais;
Pelo mundo afora se vero;
Mas nosso Pai Celestial bem sabe
Quando um de ns cai no cho.
Though small, we are
never forgotten;
Though weak we are
never afraid;
For we know that the
dear Lord
keepeth
The life of the
creatures He made.
Embora pequenos,
nunca esquecidos;
Embora fracos,
nunca em temor;
Pois sabemos que
o Senhor cuida
Da vida de Suas
criaturas com
amor.
I just fold my wings at
nightfall,
Wherever I happen to be;
For the Father is
always watching,
And no harm can happen
to me.
Simplesmente fecho
minhas asas
Onde eu estiver ao
anoitecer;
Pois o Pai est sempre
observando
E nada de mal vai
acontecer.
I am only a
little sparrow,
A bird of low degree;
But I know that the
Father loves me,
Do you know of His
love for thee?
No passo de um
simples pardal,
Um pssaro de
humildade sem
fim;
Mas sei que o Pai
me ama,
E sabes quanto
amor tem por ti?
