Dear Paul,

How are you doing? May the grace of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ be upon you as you read
our letter.

We are writing to you to share with you what the Lord has laid on our hearts many years ago
before we came to the Philippines to pioneer a YWAM base here in San Fernando. We have
been envisioning to run a hospitality cum ministry house which is a safe, friendly, comfortable
place for people to unwind, socialize, hear the gospel, listen to Christian music, and strengthen
their love and relationship with our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ through Prayer, Bible Study,
Counselling, and Discipleship.

On May 19
th
, 2014 our neighbors next door moved out. They have been our neighbors for 4
years. The vacated apartment is a two-storey apartment with 2 bedrooms upstairs and kitchen
cum living room and a bathroom on the ground floor. Our location is accessible to many students
and young professionals. We felt that this apartment might be the right place to start. It is just
beside our flat and it is in the heart of the city. The place has a lot of potential to expand YWAM
San Fernando ministries. However, we dont have the monthly budget to pay the rent, overhead
costs and hospitality ministry costs.

What is urgent now is a monthly pledge to cover rent, electricity, water and hospitality so that we
can reserve the place.

We are dedicated to the process of making that happen but we need your help. Your help will
bring us much closer to our goal of $400 US dollars monthly support.

We are so excited and eager to see this project succeed as we foresee many young and old people
come and get ministered to. You can be a part of that excitement by helping us raise support.

We need pledges soon so we can talk to the house owner about this so that she will give us the
place for us to run a ministry house here in YWAM San Fernando. Please pray that God will
give us His favor in her eyes.
