An accountancy practice with nationally recognized expertise in business turnarounds and default-
prevention projects on behalf of lenders and the use of 419A(f)(6) and 412(i) plans in conjunction
with or in lieu of family limited partnerships. The firm also designed and implemented defined-
benefits plans for clients.
Owner
Recruited and built a nationally recognized team of Accountants, Attorneys, and Enrolled Agents
with the ability to practice before the IRS in managing complex tax cases for client firms.
Developed a contract with a large bank holding company to design and execute structured
turnarounds of businesses that were technically in default. Effectively acted as CEO of the
firms during the transition from entrepreneurial startup to formally structured businesses
and implemented new business systems, improved management standards, and restored
