COTTON:

The most important component that determines the final quality of finished yarn
is Cotton fibers. Technically sound cotton sourcing divisions procure highest
standard quality cotton from the internationally.
Man-made fibers are procured from world-renowned manufacturers.
Actively involved in training of cotton growers and ginners
Each spinning plant is specialized to manufacture specific yarn count.
PRODUCTS:
Product range consists of a variety of ring spun, compact spun, open end, dyed
and bleached yarns in various counts.
Along with basic cotton and PC yarns we
also offer specialized yarns for niche market
including MVS, Coolmax, Fortrel, Tencel, Modal,
mlange, slub yarns and core spun Lycra yarns.
Moving with times and are inline with latest
technology including compact spinning. Key
product quality parameters stand amongst the top
5% of the world-class yarn manufacturing
companies.
DYED YARN:
Specializes in versatile dyeing techniques including VAT, Reactive and Disperse.
Can offer bleached yarns of desired absorbency.
These machines are equipped with state of the art electronic control systems
capable of processing 10,000 kg yarn per day.
Production capacity is 5 million kg of yarn per month.
The production is divided into 11 spinning plants.
Dyed Yarns 150,000 kg/month.
Fiber bleaching capacity of 3500 Kg per day for surgical cotton.

B: WOVENS:
Wovens are the second product line in US DENIM Group
of industries.
WOVENS FABRICS:
Sheeting, canvases including matt & ottoman, twills,
satins in 100% cotton and blends
Fine count fabrics up to 400 thread count
Designed fabrics like Bedford cord &pique
Stretch fabrics using Duponts lycra
Yarn dyed fabrics
Seersucker fabrics
Dobby fabrics
Mlange fabrics
Both the plants of AFL & DFL have a process-Oriented layout system. Work centers
have been groups together according to the functions that they perform. These
departments include: Warping, Sizing< and Drawing- In weaving and folding.


WAEVING:
Supported by in-house spinning facility, US DENIM has the potential to produce
a variety of finest woven fabrics.
Product mix ranges from light to heavy, narrow to wider width, plain, textured,
twills, luxurious satins, dobby, jacquard, yarn dyed, mlange and stretch fabrics
LOOM
Loom refers to weaving machines whose speed is measured in revelations Per Minute.
There are three types of Shuttle less looms, which differ due to their weft insertion
system. These are:
I. Repair
II. Projectile
III. Air- Jet

Projectile looms are being used in DFL whereas Air-Jet ones are being used in AFL.
Air-jet looms are the fastest of the three and they have maximum speed of 800RPM
Sherries Projectile looms have a maximum speed of 305 RPM.
CAPABILITY
The three weaving plants are geared to produce
7 million Yards fabric per month. Capable
of producing fabrics of 39 to 126 on
Tsudokoma Air Jet and 38 to 143 on Sulzar
Facility of producing dobby weaves on wider width Air Jet looms with 4-colour
weft Insertion.
Backed up by state of the art yarn preparation technology.
All machines are either of Japanese (Tsudakoma) or Swiss (Sulzar) origin.
Sizing machine equipped with pre-wetting facility.
