Ringers Pet Dog Training

Please submit this form to sign up for the Odor Recognition Test
Pre-registration and payment are required.
Registration closes February 23, 2013 at 5:00 pm EST

Cost: $30 First dog, first odor. $25 for each subsequent odor(s)
$25 Second dog first odor $25 for each subsequent odor(s)
Maximum 2 dogs per handler per odor.
Please fill out separate registration form for each dog to be tested.

Odors: Birch, Anise and Clove

Location: Trinity United Methodist Church
847 Tenth Ave., Brackenridge, PA 15014
Start Time: To be announced with test schedule.

Dogs must be contained in your car as there is no inside crating available. There will
be separate area for reactive dog parking. ALL dogs must be ON LEASH at all times.
Please potty dogs in designated areas and clean up after your dog. Be respectful;
keep a safe distance from all other dogs and handlers.

Note: All dogs participating in the ORT must be registered with the NACSW. All
handlers must also be members of the NACSW. Membership and registration are
available at: http: //nacsw.net/nacswmembership.html.
Membership and Registration must be completed at least 6 weeks prior to the ORT to
allow for processing time.

Depending on the number of registrations, we may assign time slots to minimize wait
time.

Pre-payment is required. Checks and registration form(s) must be mailed to and

Registrations will NOT be accepted without payment. A full refund will be given for
cancellations received in writing (email is fine) before February 23, 2013.

ORT participants are allowed to have a friend or family member video/photograph their test.
ORT participants are not allowed to video/photograph one another. ORT hosts are not
obligated to provide someone to video/photograph.
