3. You must bri ng your ori gi nal photo ID. The ori gi nal ID card may be any of the fol l owi ng: (i ) Voter Identi ty Card / base card, (i i ) PAN Card, (i i i ) Dri vi ng Li cence, (i v) the
i denti ty of any organi zati on or academi c i nsti tuti on, (v) Passport, (vi ) Rai l way ID card, (vi i ) Any other val i d photo ID. Pl ease make sure that your cel l i nspector after
veri fyi ng O.aml arl Si gn answer sheet. Your ki ndl y carry Photo ID Proof i n Ori gi nal . Photo ID proof may i ncl ude any of the fol l owi ng: (i ) Voter ID Card / Aadhar card, (i i )

4. You have to make sure your entry ti cket i nspector on the cel l bel ow i s si gned at a fi xed l ocati on. You are to ensure that the room i nvi gi l ator puts hi s / her si gnature at
the bottom of the admi t card i n the pl ace provi ded for the same.
5. Ri si ng to the test center, you must appear before the reporti ng ti me. Arri vi ng l ate to be i ncl uded i n the exam wi l l not be al l owed. You shoul d reach the test centre
before the reporti ng ti me as menti oned bel ow. Late comers wi l l not be permi tted to appear i n the test.
6. Interi m your candi dacy for the exami nati on and the appl i cati on / processi ng fee Proof of payment veri fi cati on and age and educati onal qual i fi cati ons and other
condi ti ons speci fi ed i n our ad, whi ch has been gi ven i n our adverti si ng, and whose detai l ed form depends on the i nvesti gati on from the ti me of the i ntervi ew (i f you
are cal l ed) or at any ti me by the management wi l l have to be fi xed. Candidature for the Test is Your Provisional and Subj ect to verification of proof of Payment of
application / Processing Fee and Your Fulfilling the Prescribe Age, Educational Qualification and other condition as specified in our Advertisement subj ect to
a detailed scrutiny at the time of interview (if called for) or any other time as decided by the Management.
7. In any event the exami nati on / test date and to request a change i n address of correspondence wi l l not be consi dered. Request for change of Test Centre / Test date
and address of correspondence wi l l not be entertai ned under any ci rcumstances.
8. Note that i t i s not the i ntent of the l etter i s bei ng gi ven the j ob. The exami nati on wi l l i ncl ude any travel al l owance. Pl ease note that thi s Admi t Card doesn't consti tute
an offer of appoi ntment to you. No TA wi l l be payabl e to you for appeari ng i n thi s exami nati on.
9. Mobi l e exami nati on center / scanni ng equi pment / not bri ng any el ectroni c devi ce; Pl ease note that the system of exami nati on center wi l l not keep these obj ects
