Deforestation is clearing Earth's forests on a massive scale.

The worlds rain forests could completely vanish in a hundred years at the current rate of
deforestation.
Forests are cut down for many reasons, but most of them are related to money or to peoples
need to provide for their families. Logging operations, which provide the worlds wood and paper
products, also cut countless trees each year. Loggers, some of them acting illegally, also build
roads. Forests are also cut as a result of growing urban sprawl.
Deforestation has many negative effects on the environment. The most dramatic impact is a loss
of habitat for millions of species. Deforestation also drives climate change.
One solution to this problem would be changing the laws in the areas where the forest are being
destroyed, if we do this we can have more control with the species of trees that are being logging
and preserve some of those for avoid their extinction, how? Putting guardhouses in the roads
around the areas where the forest are being logged, for monitoring report on the types of trees
that can be log and check if you are conducting to the extent permitted.
On the other hands we can add more stringent requirements to licenses to avoid immoderate
logging and illegal logging; as the nexts actions:
The people to want a license must have a sustainability project to rehabilitate areas where
trees are cut.
