Welcome to the COUNTDOWN: FORTY DAYS of DEVOTIONS to prepare for your mission in

Pontiac this summer. This mission that you have already chosen to accept is most definitely
possible with the love, grace, and guidance of Almighty God, Creator of the Universe!
We suggest that you take four minutes (yup, thats it!) each day to read the scripture, ponder
the words of the saints as it might connect to our mission, and spend some time in prayer.

T-minus THIRTY-FIVE days until the MISSION Mon., June 23

PONDER: Prayer is nothing more than being on terms of friendship with God.

they had eaten, saying, "This cup which is poured out for you is the new
covenant in My blood.

PONDER: From the Eucharist comes the strength to live the Christian life and the zeal to share
that life with others.
