ON WHO WE AREAND HOW WE WORK
HISTORY
Ask Foods was established by 3 brothers in 2008
and they developed a factory in 2010. The company
currently employs 157 people and this number
reaches over 400 during peak season.
Ask Foods is located in the village of Livoq in the
Gjilan district in Eastern Kosovo. It is a clean and
ecological location which helps Ask Foods maintain
its modern, contemporary and environmental
business standards. The factory complies with
modern European standards which enable Ask
Foods to expand its production capacity to fulfll the
market requirements. ASK Foods is certifed with ISO
9001:2008 and HACCP food safety.
METHODOLOGY
We started the company with a vision of producing
premium quality processed products from only the
best fruit and vegetables.
Kosovo as a country has vast natural recourses that
are unused. Wild fruits and berries are in
abundance as well as very fertile land on which to
cultivate different fruit and vegetables.
TECHNOLOGY
We use modern food processing technology in line
with traditional food recipes to get the best quality
products. We produce a range of all natural
products with no additives, preservatives, artifcial
colours, aromas or favors.
We are expanding our production lines every year
due to continued interest and growing demand in
the products we produce.

Pepper is a vegetable full of natural goodness and valuable nutrients, it has more vitamin C than a
Lemon and is also rich in antioxidants. At ASK Foods we remove the tail, seeds and skin of the pepper
to release this natural goodness. This is done in a by manually removing the tail and seeds and
removing the skin by roasting the pepper in a modern method but sticking to traditional recipes.
The pepper is then processed into a variety of different products with recipes handed down from one
generation to the next. We use these old recipes and fresh pepper to stay true to our quality
commitment and keep our products unique and nutritious.

Ask Foods owns 146 Hectares of prime agricultural land, the scale of the land makes Ask Foods a company with an actual potential
that spans Kosovo and beyond. The orchards will reach full completion very soon and will be fully operational with the most
modern apple growing and protection facilities in the region. Facilities set in place to ensure the best possible produce even in
case of hail stones and sun scorching. Ask Foods is developing the most modern Apple orchards in the region, this development
over the coming years is due to the high demand for apples. We also have Sour Cherries, Plums and Raspberries in our orchards.

Our fruit preserves are made according to traditional recipes, with only the fnest
