Did the workshop fulfil our expectations?

All partners are VERY satisfied with the meeting

Positive:
1. Workshop was well done as most of the issues we discuss by mail.
2. A different view was interesting
3. Everything was perfect, as usual the programme was very dense though.
4. The fresh potatoes workshop was perfect organized. Also the tourism part,
it was perfect
5. This meeting was very closed from the perfection, congratulations to all who
made this possible

How was your organisation prepared?

Good and active preparation to meeting of all partners:
The members of our organization continuously updated
on all aspects of the program.
We had an internal meeting of our members
where we discuss all issues of the project
We discussed previously with the organization collaborators

Did we achieve the expected results from the internal meeting?

A positive answer from all partners


Evaluation of cooperation and communication amongst partners
Did all the partners work for one goal?

A positive answer from all partners

How did the communication amongst partners
before the workshop and during the meeting work?

1. The communication has been improved and everything went very well
before the meeting and during it as well.
2. Very well, specially the personal bounds established between partners
now friends
3. better then ever before ;-)
4. The communication among partners was better during the meeting work,
as was "live"


What can we learn from this workshop experiences
in terms of team working?

General conclusion
1. Team working is difficult in general but if there is good mood, can have
very good results
2. Small groups can do co-operation
3. That we can all work together in harmony whether it be around a table
or in a field.
4. Good organising = good results
5. Confidence is a good guide
6. That we can do always better and better learning from each other
team work was really good, as it was already forth time meeting, and all
communication between partners goes faster and understanding is better
and better. we have got many good ideas to develop together in future.
7. Both Finnish Team and Estonian Team are a good example of successful
team working and I think all partners learnt a lot


What can we learn from this workshop experiences
in terms of team working?

Comments:
1. A little more everyday life would have been appreciated if I had to mention
a "but".
2. Cultural meetings are better then workshops
3. Thank you 12 points for Finland and 12 points for Estonia
4. This is an example to follow.

Organisation and logistics

What did go wrong in the logistics and the organisation?

We had a three day session altogether. Travelling took one day. We did not
have a possibility to give enough time to workshops.
Eeverything went well, all planned logistics worked well and organisational
work in Estonia and between Estonia-Finland went very well.

What suggestion could you give to the other partners
for the next workshops?
Keep it calm!
Use help of other people in your organization, it gives good synergy and makes
our foodprint idea more visible. Meeting more people from partner
organization is the best opportunity for exchanging experiences.
