The truth is the totality. this proposition was central to the creation of Hegels
own system of dialectics. It enables us to realize the true nature of the Urainian crisis.
!ssentially" the crisis in Uraine is an e#pression of the contemporary e#istential
dilemma foisted on the world by the $merican %&ew 'orld (rder. The nature of that
order conditions the relation of the 'est to )ussia and" in that conte#t" the relation of the
'est to Uraine and the Urainian citizens. $merica caused the crisis in Uraine in order
to enforce a %resolution of the crisis that will enable it to achie*e its strategic interests
with respect to )ussia and !urope. The real ob+ecti*e of $mericas %resolution of the
crisis in Uraine is to create a crisis on the !uropean continent that will lead to the
weaening of both )ussia and the leading !uropean countries and the strengthening of
$mericas position in both military and economic terms. The creation of a military
corridor around Russia and the isolation of Russia from Europe and, at the same time, the
integration of Europe into the American economic system these are the two strategic
goals that directly affect the way in which America is trying to resolve the Ukraine
crisis 'hile )ussia wants Uraine to be a bridge of cooperation between !urope and
)ussia" $merica sees to turn Uraine into an insurmountable barrier between )ussia and
!urope.
$s far as economic relations are concerned" it is not about the current economic
e#change between !urope and )ussia" but about the e#traordinary opportunities for the
de*elopment of economic cooperation between )ussia and !urope. $merica is heading for
economic collapse. The integration of !urope into the economic machinery of the U,$
would restore $mericas economic power and" at the same time" inhibit )ussias economic
e#pansion" which is" largely" based on economic and scientific cooperation with !urope.
If we analyze the effects of $merican foreign policy during the last twenty
years" we can see that $merica" with its %humanitarian inter*entions" is not stri*ing to
con-uer" but to destroy countries and peoples. America!s destructive practice is
conditioned "y the fact that America is no longer capa"le of ruling the world It is no
2
longer the most powerful global economic power" and *ery soon it will no longer be the
most powerful military power. )ussia" .hina" India" /razil" /elarus" Iran" ,outh $merica"
0enezuela" .uba1. 2 these are the countries that are successfully opposing $merican
imperialism. Today" $mericas actions resemble those of &azi 3ermany after its defeat at
,talingrad and 4urs" when Hitler became aware that his army could not defeat the )ed
$rmy and destroy the U,,). The 3ermans resorted to %scorched earth tactics. 5ed by the
most loyal of Hitlers generals" 'alter 6odel" the 3ermans destroyed 78 888 *illages"
9798 towns" :7;; churches and monasteries" <888 libraries and <:7 museums" =: 888
factories in the ,o*iet Union and illed o*er :7 million of its citizens. 'hat the &azis
and the 3erman army did in the U,,)" the &$T( army and $merican mercenaries
reprised in ,erbia" /osnia" Ira-" $fghanistan" 5ibya" ,yria1
'hat dri*es $merica to act in such a destructi*e manner is the increasing
e#istential crisis that threatens the *ery sur*i*al of the U,$. The fact that America has lost
its position as a glo"al leader is inevita"ly reflected in the insta"ility and the dim future
of American capitalism >ust as Hitlers regime managed to ensure the support of the
3erman people by con-uering new %li*ing space ?#e"ensraum@" the $merican regime can
ensure the support of $mericans so long as they pro*ide them with a sufficiently high
standard of li*ing by plundering the entire world. The $merican %&ew 'orld (rder is an
enormous octopus" whose tentacles are sucing the life force out of humanind and nature.
(nce they are chopped off" $merica will face an economic and general social crisis that
will lead to its collapse. Aowerful $mericans are well aware of that. $long with the
weaening of $mericas position in the world" the $merican regime" under the guise of a
%'ar on Terrorism" is abolishing basic ci*il rights in the country and turning it into e*en
more of a police state. There are o*er =:88 secret agencies in $merica" with o*er BC8 888
agents. There is a special army with hundreds of thousands of soldiers" e-uipped with
state2of2the2art weapons and ready to ill millions of $merican citizens. The pri*ate
prisons are popping up all o*er the U,$1
The true nature of $estern democracy is shown "y the political groups used
"y the $est in pursuing its glo"al interests In Uraine" there are the %/anderites" who are
openly proud of their fascist ideology. Through their political instrumentalisation" the
'est re*eals the true nature of the %democracy they are trying to install in Uraine. The
monstrous crimes of the %6aidanians in (dessa and other parts of Uraine" supported by
the 'est" show that" in essence" there is no difference between Hitlers and the
contemporary %Thrust to the !ast ?%rang nach &sten@. The destruction of the 'lavs,
which a"ove all means the Russian people, and the occupation of their living space, is the
3
"asic and "latant goal of the $est That is why their loyalty to $merica is primarily
e#pressed in their animosity towards )ussia. Those who refuse to turn against the )ussian
people are proclaimed traitors and must be annihilated. Under the leadership of ,lobodan
6ilose*ic" ,erbia refused to become )ussias enemy and was therefore destroyed by
sanctions and merciless bombing" with Aresident 6ilose*ic being idnapped by ,erbian
traitors ?paid by $merica@ and murdered in The Hague.
$s far as the $merican %help to the $lbanians in 4oso*o is concerned" the
$mericans %rescued the $lbanians from the ,erbs by bombarding 4oso*o with o*er
=8 888 depleted2uranium pro+ectiles a destructi*e force e-ual to <C8 times that of the
atomic bombs dropped on Hiroshima and &agasai. Thousands of $lbanians and their
children ?along with ,erbs and their children@ died of leuemia and other diseases caused
by the $merican bombing. (ther parts of ,erbia are also polluted by lefto*er radioacti*ity
and carpeted with une#ploded fragmentation bombs. Howe*er" the )ussian people did not
let ,erbia down. Aresident Autin sent special troops to ,erbia and" while the $mericans
were dropping bombs and illing the ,erbian people" the )ussians were remo*ing the
bombs and sa*ing their li*esD
'hat can )ussia e#pect from the !uropean UnionE The ruling !uropean political
circles e-uate !urope with the %!uropean Union in the same way the &azi ideologues
declared !urope to be under a F&ew !uropean (rderF. It is e#actly those who claim
!urope is a community of e-ual nations and who insist on its emancipating heritage" who
are acting as the bitterest enemies of the %!uropean Union by turning it into a *ehicle for
the largest !uropean corporations to destroy the emancipating heritage of the !uropean
nations. The so2called F!uropean UnionF is being built upon the delusion that by +oining
the FUnionF all !uropean nations would be assured %prosperity and a better life. It should
be remembered here that the main goal proclaimed by the &aziGs F&ew !uropean (rderF
was to mae Fall !uropean nations happyFD The %!uropean Union is an anti2human and
destructi*e order based upon the ruling principles of monopoly capitalism" F/ig fish
de*our small fishDF and F6oney does not stinDFH its ruling political sphere does not
pro*ide opportunity for the e#pression of citizensG political will" but represents a political
form of the domination of capital o*er peopleH the entire institutional" normati*e and
propaganda aspects of that order are directed at the destruction of the cultural and
libertarian self2consciousness of the people and towards their integration into a spiritual
orbit of capitalism at the le*el of a Iidiotized laborer2consumer FmassF.
The %!uropean Union is not a Fdemocratic community of nationsF" but a form
of integration of the !uropean multinational corporations in their fight against the
4
$merican corporations which use the $merican state as a *ehicle for the achie*ement of
their goals at the global le*el. The %!uropean Union is not based upon the emancipating
traditions of !uropean nations" but upon the imperialist traditions of !uropean capitalism.
It is not a humanistic goal but a means by which the most powerful capitalist corporations
achie*e" through economic and political FmeasuresF" the *ery same ends that Hitler was
e#pected to achie*e for 3erman capital but through militarism. It is a transitional phase
in F!uropean de*elopmentF that leads towards the creation of a new ?ecocidal@ fascist
order. $ppropriately" this *iolent" capitalistically established Fintegration of !uropean
nationsF causes nationalism and racism to thri*e as a response to peopleGs being denied
their basic human and ci*il rights which is a prelude to new" increasingly dramatic
clashes that will de*elop based on the inherent logic of monopoly capitalism" and also
based on an increasingly contaminated natural en*ironment and on the biological
degradation of these !uropean nations. This ecocidal capitalist terrorism una*oidably
inspires a nationalism that is no longer based on the struggle to obtain and hold a +ob or to
achie*e and maintain a decent standard of li*ing" but on the struggle for mere sur*i*al. It
becomes more and more ob*ious that with Fthe uniting of !uropeF" instead of engendering
optimism and an atmosphere of tolerance" which would correspond to the Fhumanist
idealsF e#alted by politicians" it is the citizensG fear of the future and their intolerance that
are growing. FHumanist speechesF cannot conceal the growing crime" unemployment"
dissolution of the Fwelfare stateF and its inherent social protections" de*astation of
en*ironment" drug abuse" *iolence" suicide" fanaticism" the flourishing of ,atanist sects
and of fascism" the breaing up of the family" the growing number of orphaned or
abandoned children" human2trafficing" especially of children" for se#ual abuse or organ

spreading of $IJ, and other diseases that decimate the poor" loneliness that has achie*ed
epidemic dimensions1
$ FUnited !uropeF generates racism" similar to that e#isting in the U,$. !astern
!uropean and /alan nations are de*eloping a reputation as Fnations without cultureF"
which suggests they are Flesser creaturesF. The languages spoen by the (astar"eiter
)(uest $orker* population are not being percei*ed as part of the !uropean cultural
heritage" but ha*e become a moti*e for discrimination. In what has become a mass
phenomenon" migrant laborers eep their children from learning their own mother tongues
in order to mas their origins and a*oid humiliation. /earing in mind that an insignificant
number of children of migrant laborers achie*e a college or uni*ersity education" it
becomes clear that depri*ing them of their mother tongues amounts to the obliteration of
5
their cultural being" which condemns them to being part of the Fdirty labor forceF 2 to
perform the hardest and most dangerous +obs. 'ithin the %!uropean Union one can
clearly discern the racist pyramid of power based upon economic" political and military
supremacyK 3ermany" Lrance and !ngland are on the topH Italy" ,pain" the &etherlands"
/elgium... are below them. The /alan peoples are located at the *ery bottom of the
pyramid. In the FUnited !uropeF" the place reser*ed for them is the same one $frican2
$mericans occupy in the United ,tates of $merica. (n the Froad towards !uropeF" the
/alan nations will lose their own historical ?cultural@ self2consciousness" along with their
libertarian dignity" in order to become a labor force of garbage collectors labor force" while
the /alans will become the septic tan of !urope. The /alan nations are ordered to
renounce those libertarian myths that are the basis of their historical and libertarian self2
consciousness" while" at the same time" they are e#pected to cling to the myth of F!uropeF
as a Fcommunity of free nationsFK libertarian myths are being replaced by colonial ones.
The Funiting of !uropeF in accordance with the $merican model" a model based upon the
pri*ate interests of multinational corporations and their struggle for supremacy" leads
towards the e#tinction of FnationalismF" which translates into the nullification of the
cultural heritage of !uropean nations along with their right to mae so*ereign political
decisions. The U,$ is populated by the dregs of !uropean and other nations degenerated
by the F$merican 'ay of 5ifeF and the .oca .ola FcultureF. In !urope" we thin of
historical nations as being those who associate their national" ci*il and cultural identities
with their own countries" their own nati*e homelands" and the freedom for which their
ancestors fought. This country is their *ital and spiritual birthplace and the source of their
human self2image.
F!uropean identityF cannot be built on a formal set of principles ?such as a
constitution@" but must be based on a libertarian tradition and on the cultural heritage of
!uropean nations. !uropeans must be +udicious and resolute" must defy the ongoing
destruction of cultural heritage and e*en of life in generalH they should" through political
struggle" turn the ob+ecti*ely accumulated potential for creation of a new world based on
reason and freedom into a realistic potential for liberation. !urope should become a garden
where the flowers of all !uropean cultures flourish together. It is of no importance which
flower is FbiggerF" but that each of them gi*es forth its own particular scent. It is about the
implementation of the leading ideas of the Lrench )e*olution" ideas that are not only
humanistic" but ha*e become basic e#istential principles. (nly based upon a struggle for
the new world can the emancipating legacy of the !uropean nations be achie*ed. Europe
6
will overcome the growing social crisis "y creating a new world or it will collapse Lor
the !uropean nations" acceptance of the F$merican way of lifeF is suicide.
The current propaganda machinery in the 'est created a myth that !urope and
$merica are %friends. ,pying and ea*esdropping on !uropean citizens by the $mericans
has reached such monstrous proportions that *ery few people still cherish the illusion that
$merica is a %friend of !uropes. .onsidering the fact that $merica wants to use !urope
as a launching pad to attac )ussia" $merica is clearly !uropes deadly enemy. The
increasing popularity of +resident +utin in Europe is primarily "ased on the increasing
num"er of Europeans who have come to reali,e that Europe cannot get rid of American
tyranny unless it relies on Russia It is therefore not surprising that a ma+ority of 3ermans
support Aresident Autins policies towards Uraine.
The conflict "etween the $est and Russia over Ukrainian territory is not -ust of a
military and economic nature .t is, at the same time, a conflict "etween two concepts of
the world, two concepts of nature, humankind, social relations, the future/ $merican
domestic and foreign policies are based on the interests of the largest capitalist
corporations. Their aim is to destroy the institutions that restrict their e#pansion and to
create an %international order based on the ruling principles of monopoly capitalismK %/ig
fish de*our small fishD and %Jestroy the competitionD. $e are, actually, dealing here
with a glo"alism that seeks to destroy nations and turn them into a worker0consumer
horde, with their living space and national histories "ecoming the o"-ects of economic
e1ploitation and ecological devastation The biggest capitalist corporations are destroying
nation states in order to eliminate any forces capable of restricting their power. In that
conte#t" they are introducing the concept of %regionalization to try and brea up the
e#isting states and create capitalist protectorates that will not be capable of opposing the
totalitarian domination of the most powerful capitalist groups. The regionali, ation
amounts to a feudali, ation of the e1isting states Instead of allowing the citizens to ha*e
a say in their politics" the %de*elopment of democracy has had the opposite effectK
through economic" political" scientific" technical" media" pharmaceutical" military and
other means" fewer and fewer capitalists ha*e more and more opportunities to establish
unchallenged power o*er the people 2 who are thus reduced to the abstract status of
%citizens of the world 2 and to become the masters o*er life and death. Aeople are left
with one resortK a futile struggle" at regional and local le*els" to ameliorate the
conse-uences of the criminal practices of the most powerful capitalist corporations. In
*iew of this %regionalization" the fatal effects of attempting to disintegrate e#isting states
become ob*ious. In order to pre*ent humanity from uniting its efforts for the preser*ation
7
of global life" the most powerful capitalist concerns are creating separatist hot2spots and"
thus" pro*oing conflicts between national" ethnic and religious groups" which further
weaens the global anti2capitalist front and humanityGs struggle for sur*i*al. Here it should
be added that" along with capitalist corporations" a capitalistically conditioned life2style
has also become a totalizing power that destroys national cultures and characteristics"
turning entire nations into %idiotized woring2consuming %masses and the world itself
into a capitalist concentration camp. !*en those people who are not under the immediate
control of the 'est" but who ha*e accepted the %consumer way of life" are losing their
cultural identity and are being absorbed into the %.oca2.ola culture" the most authentic
manifestation of globalist %idiotism.
It is no accident that Autins efforts to preser*e the humanist heritage of
(rthodo# .hristianity and mae it one of the most important spiritual pillars of )ussian
society met with such harsh reactions from anti2)ussian politicians in the 'est. It is"
actually" an attempt to pre*ent the fatal impact of the %consumer and %technological
cultures on social de*elopment and to restore traditional *alues" which for the )ussian
people was the principal unifying factor e*en in the most difficult of its historical periods.
$t the same time" the struggle for the nations sur*i*al and emancipation in*ol*es a
struggle to preser*e the emancipatory heritage of ci*il society and national culture" the
ancient spiritual legacy" the )enaissance" the !nlightenment" the Lrench )e*olution"

'hy did the )ussian law meant to pre*ent homose#ual propaganda among
young people meet with such harsh criticism in the 'estE 2ontemporary capitalism is
destroying traditional humankind and thus the family and the genders The ruling
'estern regimes are not capable of stopping the biological demise of the !uropean
nations. Lear of the possibility of disappearance is increasing. In )ussia" there is a
widespread awareness that a struggle to preser*e the family and" thus" the biological
continuation of society is the corner stone of the nations sur*i*al. Instead of
%Homose#ual rights" )ussia attaches primary importance to the right of children to ha*e
parents and a happy childhood. The struggle to preser*e the family and the nations
biological sur*i*al is one of the reasons for increased support of )ussia by 'estern
%traditionalists.
As a military power, Russia is the "iggest o"stacle to the $est in its attempt to
destroy "illions of surplus people on the planet The e*er2more intensi*e destruction of
8
life leads towards a radicalization of their genocidal politicsK destruction of an increasingly
large number of people becomes a precondition for the sur*i*al of an e*er2smaller number
of people. 'ithin that conte#t a theory of the Fgolden billionF has been established which
represents a strategic landmar for the political practice of the most de*eloped capitalist
countries. This ecocidal capitalist craze generates a growing fear for sur*i*al and"
conse-uently" because of this fear" establishes conditions for the radicalization of political
decisions and political action. The use of nuclear and neutron bombs" artificial *iruses and
other lethal means become a legitimate FdefenseF tool. In almost all reports produced by
'estern Fe#pertsF" Fo*erpopulationF of the planet is Fthe greatest threat to the sur*i*al of
manindF. Lear for sur*i*al is being redirected towards those nations of the world that
Fprocreate e#cessi*elyF" thus +eopardizing the sur*i*al of all. The solution is being
imposed by itselfK the destruction of billions of the FsuperfluousF is essential for the
sur*i*al of manind. Those who unsparingly destroy nature and e#terminate peoples

the e#termination of the &orth $merican Indians by $merican capitalism" and the .hinese

application of economic and other measures. The further de*elopment of capitalism will

.onsidering the e#tent of the de*astation of the natural en*ironment" it is no

/earing in mind the influence of these corporations on the ruling regime" it is no wonder
that the $merican power elite percei*e )ussia as their deadliest enemy.
Russia!s returned to its rightful position as a glo"al power capa"le of influencing
