APPLICATION FORM FOR MYHARAPAN FOR YOUTH ACTION GRANTS

Section 1

The project must adhere to these THREE components;
1.1 Eligibility of Project
1.2 Key Terms and Conditions
1.3 Quantum, Scope and Duration of Funding

1.1 Eligibility of Project

Type of Project
Project proposals eligible for consideration MUST contribute to the social
economy of Malaysia.

Team Members (Individuals)

a. A project must have a minimum of three (3) team members
b. All team members must be a Malaysian citizen of 16 to 30 years of age
c. One(1) project members name will be included in the contract as the
beneficiary of myHarapan Micro-Funding should the project be approved
by myHarapan Board of Trustees
d. Applicants which are existing bankrupts are not eligible

1.2 Key Terms and Conditions
a. Funding is conditional and the beneficiary has to repay the full amount
disbursed in cash upon
i. the Project is not completed within the prescribed milestones, or
such other time as may be expressly permitted by myHarapan in its
sole and absolute discretion; or
ii. the Beneficiary shall pay to myHarapan a sum equivalent to the
Funds in the event the Project reported a net profit of 200% of the
Funds disbursed.

b. All recovered funds will be invested in developing other deserving
beneficiaries /projects. No interest is charged and this is not a loan.
c. Repayment condition expires after one (1) year from the completion date
of the project.

1.3 Quantum, Scope and Duration of Funding
a. Quantum
Up to a maximum of RM15,000 of conditional funding (Please see terms
and conditions

b. Duration
For up to a maximum of three (3) to (12) months of development
