High performance superplasticiser, high range water reducing
concrete admixture cum hardening accelerator for concrete
Product
Description
A highly effective water-reducing agent and superplasticiser for promoting
accelerated hardening and free flowing concrete. Does not contain any added
Chloride.
Complies with ASTM C 494/C 494M - 99a Type E.
Uses Sikament

-HE 200 is useful where excellent high early strength without stiffening
but combined with high water reduction is required. Sikament

-HE 220 is more

powerful than Sikament

-HE 200.

Slipform concrete
Concrete at mild to cold temperatures

Shelf -Life
12 months from date of production if stored properly in undamaged unopened,
original sealed packaging, in dry conditions at temperatures between +5C and
+30C. Protect from direct sunlight and frost.

Consumption / Dosage
1.2-3.0% by weight of cement, for Sikament

-HE 200. Exact dosage rates are

dependent on the type of effect sought, quality of cement and aggregates,
water/cement ratio and ambient temperature. Actual dosage to be finalised on the
basis of site trials.

Compatibility Sikament

-HE 200 may be combined with many other Sika

Products.
Important: Always conduct trials before combining products in specific mixes and
contact our Technical Service Department for information about specific
combinations.

Dispensing Sikament

-HE 200 should be added separately to the freshly mixed

concrete.
When added separately to the freshly mixed concrete, further mixing should take
place for at least one minute per cubic metre of concrete.
Cleaning of Tools Clean all tools and application equipment with water immediately after use.
Hardened / cured material can only be mechanically removed.
