ABSTRACT
The Kaleidoscope Career Model (KCM) is a new way of thinking about careers.
The model suggests that each of the three parameters authenticity, balance and
challenge is active as a signpost throughout a persons career.

Using the metaphor of a kaleidoscope, it suggest that individuals rearrange the
different aspects of their lives to form different career patterns based on the individual's
particular situation at that point in time.

This project measures the authenticity and work life balance of the employees towards
their job and it explores the importance of challenging work environment.

For this the convenient sampling method is used. The analyzed data defines that there
is a correlation exist between authenticity and qualification. And also employees working
in this company agree with demands in their job and interfere with their family life.

It determines the correlation exist between ABCs of Kaleidoscope career and also
suggestions were made to improve the HR career.

The model recognizes the influence of gender upon career decision making, arguing
that career transitions are the usually the result of a combination of push and pull factors.
A successful career is no longer viewed as working for a single firm forever.

Rather than define their lives and self-worth in terms of a preordained, often
constraining career track, workers are creating their own Kaleidoscope Careers to suit
their lives.
