The international workshop will be focused on the platforms
structure and solutions adjustment to the public objective needs.
The methodology and final structure of the workshop is a tool for group
discussion, called "Six Thinking Hats" and the associated idea parallel
thinking provide a means for groups to plan thinking processes in a
detailed and cohesive way, and in doing so to think together more
effectively. The methodology identifies six distinct directions in which the
brain can be challenged.
Thereafter each hat is used for a 10 minutes at a time only, except the
red hat which is limited to a very short 30 seconds or so to ensure that it
is an instinctive gut reaction, rather than a form of judgment. Six Thinking
Hats is a good technique for looking at the effects of a decision from a
number of different points of view.
This methodology will applied for the 3 phases of the platform
development:
1. Creative LivingLabs Association
2. Crealab Incubator
3. Crealab Community
One person will responsible for written all of participants discussion. There
will a denominator to time control.
