Subject: EXTORNTION MONEY / UNDUE BURDEN ON THE UNIVERSITY EXCHEQUER

Respected Sir,

With due respect, it is submitted that we have become circumstantially

compelled to submit the following bitter / undisclosed factual position for your kind
knowledge and early remedial action to save the atmosphere of the Deparment from further
spoiling / the person from extortion in the name self contribution for arranging party /cooking
food / undue burden on the University treasury.

 It is submitted that Ms. Muhammad Sarwar, Admin. Officer and

Intazar Medhi, Assistant working in MA / M.Sc Hall, Examination
Department bound all staff members of the Section to make compulsory
attendance on holidays i.e. Saturday and Sunday whereas a tiny piece of
work of one person is kept pending deliberately to justify the presence on
holiday whereas all other are made bound by them to come for nothing.
Actually, they forcefully collect money from all the staff members of the
Section for cooking food in the Section. If anyone does not want to come
on holidays they collect specified amount of extortion money forcefully
for giving him relaxation for not coming to office on holidays.

 They both have spoiled atmosphere of Section through extortion in

the name of arranging party /cooking food on holidays and are habitual
to take out new job/ assignments daily on the cease of office timings so
that they can justify their presence during holidays i.e. Saturday and
Sunday to make undue money.

 They inflict mental torture to the person who does not pay extortion
money by different underhand tactics and threaten him of dire
consequences such as explanations, warnings and spoiling service
record on not making compulsory attendance on the holidays.

 This practice has caused huge loss to the University treasury and if
timely remedial action is not taken, not only this loss will be doubled
rather will spread like mushrooms.

In order to bring the factual position before high-ups, it is humbly requested

that an Inquiry Committee may kindly be constituted to look into the matter and record
statements of all staff members of MA /M.Sc Hall, Examinations Department individually to
reach the root of permanent source of mental torture and extortion / undue burden on the
university treasury.

We the humble addressers have kept our names undisclosed due to

expediency as in case no action is taken, the black sheep / weeded out elements will bent
upon teasing us mentally and through different underhand tactics. Surprise visits may also
help to unravel this network of extortionists.

Expects an early probe of the matter in the best interest of this alma mater
otherwise this cancer of extortion money by aforementioned persons will penetrate to other
departments of the University and cause irreparable loss if not operated timely.
