What is CMT? CMT is a synergy of the effective techniques of various therapies that includes HYPNOSIS, EMOTIONAL FREEDOM TECHNIQUES, NLP, CHAKRA HEALING, PSYCHOTHERAPY, PAST LIFE REGRESSION etc; CMT enables one to overcome negative conditions which are presently hampering the condition of life & well being of an individual (be it psychosomatic, emotional, psychological or simply a desire to get rid of unwanted habits). It helps an individual get rid of various fears & phobias, live upto lifes challenges with a positive frame of mind & improve attention so that the quality of life is improved greatly. CMT allows an individual to LIVE instead of EXISTING.
How does CMT work? CMTH is basically an integrated approach to Subconscious programming using the best of various Alternative Therapies. However it mainly uses Hypnosis where in the hypnotic consultant first interviews the client to get to the root cause of the problem. This is basically done to find out the acceptable & understandable language pattern of the client. The procedure of hypnosis is explained so that consciously the client is prepared to undergo hypnosis for ones own benefit. Carefully worded suggestions allow the client to drift into hypnosis allowing the mind to relax & slowly the Conscious mind does not control every thought & emotion. The Critical mind that acts as a sort of Gate Keeper between the conscious & Subconscious is bypassed & the Sub Conscious mind becomes open to receive suggestions. When the conscious mind is relaxed, all fears, tensions & worries vanish & there is focused attention on the suggestions given to the Sub Conscious Mind. It is worth noting that over 60% of human problems are basically psychosomatic in nature. Hence hypnosis helps where other lines of treatment give up. Suggestions properly worded is HYPNOSIS & this coupled with other CMT techniques is extremely effective in reprogramming the Sub Conscious Mind to get rid of or overcome most of the problems especially fears, phobias & addictions. CMT is extremely easy to learn. What is important for success is the preparation & follow up. Actually, Hypnosis is a complimentary therapy. It can be used with other healing therapies. CMTworks wonders with smokers.

FACT. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation & calmness. The body is very comfortable and the mind more alert. It is a bypass of the critical factor and establishment of selective acceptable thinking. Hypnosis is a tool to access the sub conscious mind and can help create permanent and dramatic changes to improve life.
FACT. When in Hypnosis one does not lose consciousness. In fact, it is a state of heightened awareness. You are always in control. No one can be compelled to do or say anything that is in conflict with ones ethics or moral and religious beliefs. If suggestions are given to the contrary you will immediately emerge from the hypnotic state.
FACT.
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. In fact everyone enters some form of hypnosis several times in a day. One can enter hypnosis easily provided:- 1. You want to be hypnotized. 2. You must not have any fears or misconceptions about hypnosis. 3. One must be strong minded. Mentally weak, alcoholics & such others cannot be hypnotized.
FACT. In Hypnosis the client is not under the control of the Hypnotist. We must understand that one enters into Hypnosis only on ones own will & wish. If during Hypnosis for any reason one is uncomfortable & wants to emerge from Hypnosis, he/she will instantly & naturally open their eyes & become fully alert. No one can keep you in hypnosis against your will. The role of the hypnotist is merely that of a guide, a catalyst or in a laymans terms that of a driving instructor. The control of the vehicle, the steering wheel is always in the hand of the client. With his specialized training, the therapist guides & directs the client to achieve the results that he/she desires.
FACT. The mind does not become weak in hypnosis. In fact weak minded people cannot be hypnotized because they are incapable of responding to the suggestions made by the hypnotist. Contrary to popular belief one has to be strong willed & have good power of intelligence, imagination & concentration to enter Hypnosis.
FACT. One cannot get stuck in Hypnosis. Hypnosis is a contract between the client and the therapist. Without the clients willingness to experience Hypnosis for personal benefit, the client cannot be hypnotized. However, since hypnosis is a very natural, relaxed state, the feeling is so good that the client actually does not want to come out. In a hypnotic state all worries, tensions, cares vanish & the client comes out feeling much better than before. One hour of hypnotic relaxation is equal to 8 hours of deep, profound, undisturbed sleep. Even if something were to happen to the hypnotist or if the hypnotist walked away while the client is under hypnosis, the client will, within 30 mins. to 1hr. emerge out of hypnosis, feeling very relaxed. Since hypnosis is a state of heightened awareness, the subject can taste, smell, see & feel things better than other- wise.
FACT. Hypnosis is safe. The American Medical Association sanctioned the use of Hypnosis in 1958 and it is a recommended training for medical doctors & dentists.
