information is from the thousands of hours
Ive spent going through trial and error
online and hundreds of hours spent with
my mastermind groups. Ive personally
created multiple companies (Markitechts &
Tribrid Equity) and multiple affliate funnels
in different niche markets. After refning
the TSC Method in the womens health
and beauty niche market, I decided to see
if it would work in other markets and sure
enough it worked like gangbusters.
Three years ago when I started in this
industry I was only 24. I was a father to a
two-year old boy. I was a miserable wreck.
I was desperate and willing to sacrifce
many things in life to become successful

My father, brother and mother had had all
passed away in 2011 and my sons whole
future rested on whether or not I was going
to take serious action and create a better
life for us. I was on the edge of insanity and
didnt know if I was going to make it. All I
knew was that I had to pull through for my
Son, hes all I have left....
It was around 11:30 on a Saturday
night at one of the most exclusive clubs
in Los Angeles. I was sitting there staring
atall of these marketers and business
owners slightly envious to be honest. They
had it all. Money, great friends, beautiful
women, total freedom and they were all
happy as hell.
Earlier that night....
My hands were sweating and I was
more nervous than the day my son was
born. By total luck I had gotten access to
the most exclusive underground market-
ing meet up in the industry. The club was

ens of other industry powerhouses. One
guy there was worth over $450 Million. The
net worth of these people expanded into
the billions.
These guys must have paid some-
where near a half million dollars that night
to have the club all to themselves. I was
attending the event with a friend of mine
Jay. His father owns a Private Equity com-
pany based out of Houston. His dad has
some major business connections.
Jay was attending the event because
his father wanted him to close on a deal
with someone who was attending the
event that night. After getting myself a
glass of Scotch from the bar, Jay came
over to me and wanted to introduce me to
some people he knew and are associated
with his father.
I immediately took notice to these two
guys sitting at the head of the V.I.P. table.
They were not speaking at all, One of them
looked underage, I couldnt really tell for
sure. The other guy was in his late 30s.

have been unemployed practically. Jay
leaned over to me and said...
Hey! T, See those guys over there?
(The 2 guys I was just talking about)

with the long hair makes over $300,000
a day with just a couple employees. That
night I HAD TO fgure out how the hell
these guys were doing these kinds of
numbers at such a young age.
That night I got to talk to a guy well
call Greg. The man changed my life forever.

The TSC Method is based on the funda-
mental basis that in order for any business to
succeed it needs 3 main things in place.
1. Traffc (an audience of people to buy
your stuff)
2. Systems (automated marketing mes-
sages that do all of the manual work)
3. Conversions (getting those messages
to persuade people to take action)
Without one of these legs the business
will fail no matter what.
Most people are completely lost and
dont know which direction to go in the
digital marketing world.
Lets break this down as simply as
possible. Its pretty obvious by now based
on all of all of the success stories foating
around on the Internet that people are mak-
ing millions online. Theres a lot more people
making a decent income of around $100,000

So its pretty obvious that these peo-
ple know something you dont correct?
Well what is it? Whats so different
about you from them?
The successful people are covering
the 3 most important bases.
Every single business needs these
three pillars to be in place for the business
to succeed.
1. You need to send people (TRAF-
FIC)
2. To automated sales messages
(SYSTEMS)
3. That persuades them to buy from

Now remember theres two parts to this:
1. The TSC Method (Traffc > Sys-
tems > Conversions)
2. The Business Model (The process
and fow of the business)

It looks complex I know but Ill break
it down step-by-step. The true beauty
about this business model and mar-
keting method is that you only have to
put the work in once. And once you set
everything up your business becomes an
automated money machine.
The TSC Methods 3 components are
really the only reasons someones busi-
ness may have failed. That is unless it was
due to outside circumstances like a shady
business partner or something.
Regardless if you get these 3 compo-
nents right which Im sure you will, then
youll forever be free. Those skill sets will
set you free I promise you that.
Problem is most people are scared of
paid advertising. Most people getting into
the digital business affliate world are told
to get FREE traffc from the search engines
or from Facebook.
Problem with that is while you spend
months and months to get some weak
traction at best, Ive already blown past
you if I was in the same niche market as

you gobbling up all of your customers.
Free SEO traffc is nice and all but
there are just way too many downsides to
it and I dont want to explain why its not
a great choice as a traffc source. I will tell
you in case you dont already know about
SEO (Search engine optimization) traffc,
it can take months to actually get traffc to
maybe start making some money.
Paid traffc brings you traffc instantly
and with the power of Facebook you can
start with as little as $5 a day. With paid
traffc you have the ability to instantly
drive insanely laser-targeted traffc to
your web pages to test and refne your
process instantly.
Paid traffc gives me the power of
literally starting a business with $100 and
turning that $100 into $5,000 + in 30-60

The other major factor regarding Face-
book is that you can market to people all
day long directly to them.
You cant do that with Google be-

Another problem people run into in
business, is they think that all you need
to do is drive Internet traffc to a sales
page and make money. Not even close!
People are not mindless drones. You
do not just simply set up a website, drive
any kind of traffc to it and expect your
product or affliate product to sell. Thats
not how it works.
Imagine if you were a car salesman
You wouldnt walk up to someone
who walked onto the car lot and take
them over to an $80,000 luxury car and
present it to them in hopes of them buy-
ing and you making a big commission off
of the sale.
You dont know if that person even
wants that car let alone have the actual
budget to buy it.

people at products and expect them to

buy just because they landed on the page
selling product X
After the traffc comes into your mar-
keting funnel your marketing funnel has to
persuade these people to buy. You do that
by frst learning about the audience you
plan on selling to.
Imagine if I knew your deepest darkest
secret desires and wishes. I would be able
to leverage that information and persuade
you to do just about anything that would
possibly lead to your deepest darkest de-
sires being achieved. And thats not us!
But as business owners and marketers
we do the same thing, except with a large
audience instead of a one on one sales
scenario. Therefore we have to take some
time to understand the people as a whole
who will be buying from us no matter what
the business model is.
As you learn the conversion secrets Ill
reveal to you later, youll see how asking a
few simple questions about the people you
plan on selling to will give you an immense

power to get them to buy from you without
hard selling. I have the actual question-
naire all made up for you that will be in
Volume 2.
The last main problem people expe-
rience is that their businesses have no
systems in place. Theyre making all of the
calls and answering all of the emails on a
daily basis and eventually dont get any
work done that actually makes the busi-
ness proftable.
And thats where the systems element
comes into play. We want streamlined
businesses that will operate and do all of
the work for us while we relax from the
initial effort we put into creating it.
As long as you take the time to get to
know your audience and follow the busi-
ness model shown above your success
will be 80% reached.
There is no other business model
out there where you can start with a few
hundred dollars and turn it into thousands
even hundreds of thousands of dollars all

As I mentioned before this informa-
tion will cover 2 volumes. This volume is
on traffc and the next volume will be on
systems and conversions.
When you understand all three of
these elements you will be able to dupli-
cate your success just about anywhere.
You could even sell your services for 6 and
7 fgures a year to other business owners
who need this kind of help for their busi-
nesses. Like I said before once you get

not have a stable digital business and
there will be some of you that already have
businesses in place. For the sake of sim-
plicity I just want to preface something for
everyone who is starting fresh.

to be in the mind of a real entrepreneur not
a sales person here. You need to pick a
market you want to be in. For me Im prior
military and was always in great shape
so I decided to become an affliate in the
health & ftness niche because I knew
about health & ftness.
If you love the outdoors then the out-
door market would be great for you as an
affliate. If you are a fnancial planner and sell
services locally but want to create an infor-
mation product that you could sell globally
then youre obviously in the right niche.
I recommend the money markets start-
ing out as an affliate:
Health & ftness
Business & investing
Weight loss
Dating & relationships
Sports & entertainment
Computers & electronics
Remember that each of these mar-
kets has hundreds of sub-markets as well.

Think big here but be specifc and relative
to what you know.
Also remember that the goal here is to
pick a market niche that you have passion
and knowledge about as well. For example
if you liked computers and electronics you
could become an affliate in that market. You
could create a simple word press website
and create sales based content around
different electronic products you were selling
as an amazon affliate. I wont go too deep
on that here because the focus is traffc but
that is a subject I will touch base on later.
So as an example here lets go back to
when I was starting a fresh funnel. For some
reason about 3 months into learning this
business I knew I wanted to become great
enough one day to create my own marketing
agency. So the next best thing at the time
was to get into the personal fnance niche.
I took out my psychological question-
naire and learned the markets problems,
desires, pains and the types of products
these people were already buying etc.
I knew I had to know the niche mar-

ket just as well and even better than the
market itself. So I started reading Dave
Ramsey books and researching products
online that this market was buying. I knew
I wanted a business in this market.
Now heres the Secret to the almighty
laser targeted traffc. You have to know
your audience before you ever consider
getting traffc to any funnel. Its obvious
that the forward process of the business is
Traffc > Systems > Conversions.
But you actually have to build it back-
wards. Makes sense right? You have to cre-
ate the conversion elements AKA marketing
messages and then create the automated
selling systems and lastly drive traffc to the
selling systems before your business can be
fully operational and proftable.
Well I studied my target market and I
found the different products these people
were buying. I then joined a few affli-
ate networks that were selling fnancial
planning information related products. To
the left is a screen shot of the Clickbank
marketplace categories where anyone can

promote. To the left and
above is an actual offer.
Okay so now I know:
1. Who my target
market is and how they
think (using the question-
naire in vol. 2)
2. What they are
buying
3. The different affli-
ate products I can sell
Easy right? Again Im just showing you
the overview of this business model. Just
like football you have to know how the game
works before you can play on the team.
The last thing I needed to know about

this audience was their age and gender.
So all I did there was fnd the top 5 biggest
Facebook fan pages dedicated to personal
fnance. I clicked on their like tabs that show
how many people have liked their page
where youll see the age and gender of the
people who visit those Facebook pages. If
you fnd a page that doesnt automatically
show you the like tab theyll have something
like this, as you will see below.
All you do is click on that little box you
see below. The red arrow is pointed to it
in the picture on the left. When you click
on it more tabs will expand where you will
see the like tab in the picture on the right.
Click on it and it will take you to the pages
demographics.

I did that because those Facebook
pages were targeting the exact people I
would be targeting.
I always start driving traffc on Face-
book. Why?
Well check out these numbers
A lot of people think you cant be suc-
cessful on Facebook but understand this.
Facebook has over 1,100,000,000 active

daily users. Yes thats BILLION!
That is a massive traffc source. Now
thats about 15% of the entire worlds pop-
ulation and if you cant get them to buy
from you then no one will.
The map I laid out for you above will
make Facebook work beyond your wildest
expectations.
The beauty about the TSC Method is
that very few people are actually using this
model and Facebook loves it. Its exact-
ly the way they would like advertisers to
use their platform. Thus giving you great
account quality scores meaning being put
frst in line for the super quality traffc.
Okay so back to our campaign that we
plan on driving traffc to on Facebook.
If you reference the process map thats
previously shown you will see these next 2
boxes at the top.

Our only initial focus when it comes to
driving traffc on Facebook here is to gener-
ate a Facebook fan page frst. A Facebook
fan page is the advertising side of Facebook.
You cant use Facebook ads with your per-
sonal profle. You have to create a fan page
for a product, service, website or celebrity
in order to access Facebooks advertising
platform. Again you will be shown how this
all works later via video.

You can see that the fan page is de-
signed differently than the personal profle.
The beginning of the marketing process
starts with frst creating some content for
your Facebook fan page and then getting

a bunch of likes to your fan page. Now let
me say two things here.
I have seen it so many times and its stu-
pider than hell. Do not ever attempt to pay
someone to get your page 1,000 random
likes. The whole point of creating likes for
your Facebook fan page is to fnd and target
REAL people who are most likely going to
buy from you.
The like is the frst point of contact pros-
pects have with you. Now when someone
likes your page then Facebook recognizes
that as the person wanting to see your Face-
book posts in their newsfeed.
Now heres where a ton of people drop
the ball and this is a super high-level strate-
gy so I suggest you take special note here.
No mater what you are selling you must
build a list.
Heres why

In the beginning of this business I
didnt want to build a list. I just wanted to
send people to a sales page and get paid
for the sales.
Problem is that business model is very
weak simply because the guys who are
doing that are averaging 20% returns on
investment if they are lucky.
Meaning that if they spend $1,000 on
advertising they would make $1,000 back
plus $200 proft. That money is okay and
all but what if you could spend $1,000 and
make $5,000 back? Thats $4,000 proft.
Thats why having an email list is so
damn logical and makes so much sense.
I mean why would you pass on all that
money to be made from a list? Do busi-
ness owners and marketers hate money
or something?
Now heres where the strategy is simple
but also genius. People do not like a fan
page just to like it. Unless its something they
love like Harley Davidson or yoga. People
wont necessarily like a fan page about
making money by publishing e-books on

amazon just because.
Something has to be in it for them. So
the genius here is to get likes by bribing
people with something they want.
So going back to my new affliate
business in the personal fnance niche.
The frst thing you want to do is obviously
understand the market. Now heres where
most people say this stuff doesnt work or
whatever excuse they have.
You need a lead magnet. A lead magnet
(aka bribe) is something you give to a pros-
pect in order for them to become a fan.

So in after reading books and learning
about the market, I wrote a 15-page lead
magnet report to that market that explained
the concept of infnite banking. Which is a
super powerful but not widely used personal
fnance tool that rich people use. I read it in a

book called become your own banker. A
personal fnance favorite.
I got a great response from the mar-
ket and people were sending me a ton of
emails. Okay so now I:
1. Know my audience (by using my
questionnaire in vol.2)
2. Have found some products that I
want to sell
3. Developed my lead magnet to give
your audience in return for their
email
4. Have put some posts up on my
Facebook fan page
Dont forget Im just giving you the
broad strokes here. When I go into de-
tail later you will have an extremely clear
idea how everything works together in the
smallest detail.
Okay so after we performed those
4 initial things to do we then move onto
advertising our fan page to get likes and
email opt-ins. Now heres why youll

dominate whatever market you decide
to go into because people are screwing
Facebook advertising up for themselves
completely.
If youre paying for any kind of traffc
you want to make absolute sure that you
are either able to monetize the traffc or
get that traffc to continue the marketing
process. Yes it is a process and not a one-
time event. Marketing is always happening
and should always be happening in your
business.
I say this for two main reasons but frst
let me show you an example of a like ad.

So heres a desktop like ad for a grocery
store. Their lead magnet is latest news and
invites to special events. In my opinion
that is a very weak lead magnet and they
could have been a lot more creative. A few
coupons for their most popular items would
have been a better choice as a lead magnet.
Now in the ad you will see one red circle
and two red rectangles. Heres the beauty
about this strategy when done right. Here
you obviously need a lead magnet to offer
in your like ad. Your market needs incentive
in order to even consider you as an option.
They need a reason to interact with you and
potentially buy from you.
So here the user has 3 options:
1. Like your page (the button in the
big red circle)
2. Click on your page name links (the
links in the red rectangles)
3. Do nothing at all
Of course not everyone will like your ad
or click your page links to get your free offer

(lead magnet/fan gate offer). But giving peo-
ple two options will add more dynamic to
the ad. If people simply like your ad all that
will happen is when you post on your fan
page, those posts will begin showing up in
the newsfeeds of the prople who liked your
page via your like ads. And the newsfeed is
the most proftable place to be.
If people instead of liking your page,
click on your page link (the ones in the red
rectangles as shown above) then it will
bring them to your fan gate offer. Your
fan gate offer is your lead magnet, which
you advertised in the like ad.

Now after they clicked the page name
link in the like ad and ended up here, they
now have to like the page to get the offer
aka lead magnet. So either way were going
to get people to like the page. We want to
get the like so we can remarket to them in
their newsfeed. When someone clicks on
your like ad, then lands on your fan gate
offer and likes it in order to download it then
the likelihood of them clicking your future
page posts and ads that pop up in their
newsfeeds will be very high.
The goal is to get people to consume
your lead magnet and prove to them that
you know what youre talking about and
that you can actually help them achieve
their problem. Youre building a relation-
ship here and thats what businesses are
built on and should be built on.
And to the people who liked the ad
(clicked the button in the red circle as
shown above in the ad example) but
didnt click on the page link in the ad, we
continue to market the lead magnet to
them in their newsfeed. In a week or so

you will learn how to send different ads to
different groups. For example, you want
to send ads that are promoting your lead
magnet to people who only liked your ad
and didnt download your lead magnet.
You wouldnt want to send lead magnet
promotion ads to people who already have
your lead magnet. Make sense?
You wouldnt tell people who already
have your lead magnet to get it. They
already have it so the marketing message
wouldnt even be relevant to them. Okay
so up to this point I:
1. Picked a market I want to build a
business in.
2. Know my audience (by using my
questionnaire in vol.2)
3. Have found some products that I
want to sell.
4. Developed a lead magnet to give
to the audience in return for their
email.
5. Have put some posts up on my
Facebook page.
6. Have set up a fan gate offer page.

7. Researched competing Facebook
fan pages and discovered my
audiences age and gender (this in-
formation is used to target people
with my advertising).
8. Set up a few like ads to get likes
for my lead magnet so I can start
building an audience of leads that
I want to turn into buyers.
You dont need the details here you just
need to be able to understand the fow and
process of this business. Once you under-
stand how the business moves you will be
able to create the moving parts yourself
later. Just like football, before you can be
the quarterback you have to know how the
game works frst.
Okay so far I have:
1. Created a like ad and got likes and
clicks on my page link within the
ad.
2. Have gotten people to like my fan
gate offer in order to download my

lead magnet.
After people click like on the fan gate
offer, the fan gate will then reveal the down-
load button for the lead magnet. Heres a
great example.
Obviously the next step is for people to
read or watch your lead magnet. It all de-
pends on what media youre delivering it in.
Okay so we just covered the whole top
section of the marketing funnel starting
with the fow of traffc on Facebook.

The main goal right here is to two fold.
1. Get people to become fans (so
you can remarket to them) the next
step
2. Get them to read or watch your
content (to develop a relationship
with them)
Now the people who go through the
exact steps shown above are the people
who actually clicked on the like ad page
name links ro see the fan gate. Those are
the links within the red rectangles shown in
the example above remember?
We obviously dont care about the
people who did nothing to be honest. We
only care about the people who took ac-
tion. With that being said, what happens to
the people who like your ad (the one in the
red circle) but dont click your page name
links and dont see your fan gate offer?

Thats when remarketing comes into
play. Okay so I paid money to get my target
audience to like my page, download my
content and go through it right? You can
make this happen for dirt-cheap I promise
you that. Well let me let you in on one little
sneaky secret Facebook doesnt like to tell.
So frst you paid pennies on the dollar
to get page likes from your target audience
right? Well you would fgure that every
time you send out a post on Facebook
your entire audience who liked your page
would see your posts come up in their
newsfeeds right?
Wrong! If you had 1,000 page likes you
got in a few days then you would assume
that if you made a Facebook post all 1,000
of your fans would see it if they were on
Facebook right?
Unfortunately only 10% - 16% of that
audience would see your posts organically
(non advertised to them).
Thats where remarketing to them via
paid ads comes in. Now I know some of
you are saying why the hell would I pay to

get fans just to pay to remarket to them?
Ill admit that is a completely logical
argument. You could do like I did and say,
Screw it! Im just going to set up a fan
page and advertise right inside of peoples
newsfeed without even getting likes at all.
You can do that but heres the real secret!
Its almost sleight of hand
Facebook rewards you for keeping people
in the Facebook Socialsphere. Yes I just
made that up. You could advertise straight to
peoples newsfeeds without getting likes but
youre going to spend way more money and
get far less qualifed people responding to you.

When you get a like you build a list on
Facebook (the people who liked your ad).

Now when you pay to remarket to
100% of the people who are fans you are
still paying 50% less than you would if you
were advertising straight to their newsfeed
without getting a like frst. Another major
plus is that people who like your page and
become fans, will respond a lot better to
your marketing communications in the fu-
ture giving you massive conversion rates.
You cant achieve these amazingly proft-
able numbers with such little advertising
as you can with targeted fans that later
become customers and clients via remar-
keting. Thats the HUGE secret here!

process. Now understand

cally continue the remarketing process?
I know some of you really smart people
reading this are thinking
Wait a second... Now if someone clicks
my page name link in my like ad and be-
comes a fan in order to get the fan gate offer,
then how do we track the difference be-
tween them and the people who just simply
liked our ad and never clicked on our page
name link to see the fan gate offer?
Custom Audiences!
Now this is far too advanced for
you right now but we can create custom
audiences based on specifc actions our
audiences take. Super ninja stuff that I will
show you later. With custom audiences we
will be able to separate the people who
downloaded our lead magnet from the
people who only liked our ad and never
downloaded the lead magnet.
This allows us to create specifc
marketing actions for specifc segments of

people within our fan base. If you can see
one group of people that downloaded your
lead magnet you wouldnt send them pro-
motions telling them to download the lead
magnet they already have would you?
Of course not because it wouldnt
make sense, but what you could do is
target the people who simply liked your
ad and didnt download your lead mag-
net. Promote your lead magnet to them
and not to the segment of your fan base
that already has it. This may be confusing
to you I know its a lot of information to
consume but constantly keep in mind that
Im just showing you how the game works.
Were not playing yet.
This stuff Im talking about is super
ninja and very few people are doing this
because it actually takes work. I guess
they dont want the good life like you and I.
So when people are fans we can pro-
mote and interact with them a few ways.
NOTE! You should never just put any
kind of content on Facebook. You have to
be strategic with your postings and thats

why I have 4 things that you should only
be doing with Facebook. Reference the
process map I showed you earlier.
1. Page post giveaways
This is where you continue to mar-
ket your lead magnets to your fans if
you have multiple. With the strategies
I will show you soon you will remarket
to your like only audience with paid
dark posts. These are super ninja due
to the fact that you can create posts
that only a certain group of people can
see so you can make sure a different
audience segment doesnt get the
same marketing messages. You want
to push content consumption because
its not just marketing its selling you
and your solutions. Through a page
post give away I like to promote the
second installment of my lead mag-
net to the audience that has already
downloaded the frst one. I do this by
using custom audiences.
2. Link post blog
If you have a blog this is where

you can promote your blog posts. If
you have content that you think people
could beneft from then you could
simply set up a link post that directs
people to your blog. And when people
get to your blog you could continue
the marketing process by also getting
people to opt-in to your email list right
from your blog post for your second
lead magnet.
Heres a visual example of what
this process would look like on a
mobile phone. I usually use mobile,
because 80% of the Facebook user
base accesses it via mobile. So frst I
liked this persons page and download-
ed their lead magnet. Next, is a paid
post they are using to remarket to me
as you can see step 1 on the left. Now
remember Im not on this fan pages
email list yet.

As you can see they remarketed a
link post to me in my newsfeed. Sure
enough it was a link to a blog post as
you can see in step 2. If you read all of
the way to the bottom of that post like
I did you would see an opt-in form as
shown above in step 3.
If you look at your map above you
will see this part of the funnel in action.
The only difference here from the
3 steps shown above is they skip the
landing page and go straight for the opt-
in at the end of the blog post as youll

3. Page post engagement
Page post engagement is another
strategic tool to use with Facebook. It
can promote something or it can be a
post of a really cool photo. Now I do
post random pictures of stuff every now
and again but I never pay to advertise
those posts. Why would I? They have
no marketing goal whatsoever. What I
really like to do with page posts when I
actually decide to advertise them is write
a post that is designed to engage fans.
Now if youre not promoting products, or
getting more leads through lead mag-
nets, then you need to be engaging your
fan base.
I usually like to write a post that
asks my fans what theyre doing when
it comes to X controversial topic. The
more you talk to your audience and
create engagement the more you will
know what they need, their pains and
problems they may be having with your
content etc. Business and marketing is

all about feedback. You constantly have
to know whats going on in the market
place, whats going on with your fan
base and how you can improve your
business and marketing in the process.
I may sometimes be paying to advertise
a page post that has no monetary goal
but Im simply paying for feedback from
my entire audience. So I can use that
feedback to improve any parts of my
business customers and fans may have
issues with.
Maybe a lot of your audience is
having problems understanding a
concept you introduced them to in
your lead magnet. Well the only way
to know that is to get their feedback
through page post engagements.
4. Page post promotion
Page post promotions are simply
ads that are sent out to your fan base
that put interested fans into automat-
ed funnels when youre promoting a
one off product or service. Page post
promotions should usually be limited

in time and when the promotions are
over to be deleted from your page. For
example if you are doing a promotion
to your fan base and youre a local
gym owner in Los Angeles, then you
could do a promotion on Facebook
for an event youre having in the city
geared to your business.

course I will you show you some really
great promotions later.
