specified under per metric ton/barrel. SELLER respectively offers for sale as the lawful owner of
the commodity in quantity and quality as will be stated in the full corporate offer and the buyer has
the full capability to purchase same commodity.

PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer confirms soft offer and issues an ICPO and BG will issues to title holder
2. Seller issue draft contract open for amendment to buyer
3. Buyer signed,sealed contract and return to seller.
4. Seller and buyer sign contract with Russia Railway (R/D) to transport the goods to the loading port
to obtain the certificate of soft POP.
5. Seller sends soft POP to buyer.
6. Buyer open MT103/23 to seller nominated bank account.
7. Upon the confirmation seller issues HARD COPY with full POP to buyer.
SELLER WILL PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS AS POP:

1. COPY OF EXPORT LICENSE ISSUED BY THE RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF ENERGY
2. COPY OF APPROVAL TO EXPORT ISSUED BY THE RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF JUSTICE.
3. COPY OF STATEMENT OF AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT.
4. COPY OF THE REFINERY COMMITMENT TO PRODUCE THE PRODUCT.
5. COPY OF THE CHARTER PARTY AGREEMENT TO TRANSPORT THE PRODUCT TO DISCHARGE PORTS.
6. COPY OF THE DEAL PASSPORT.
8. Seller issues allocation number and 2% performance bond to buyer / assignee name by means of
prime 15 firsts world ranking banks Guarantee Model ICC $%* acceptable in written by buyer and
if the seller fail to supply the cargo of the product this 2% will be paid to the buyer.
9. The SGS inspection charge will be borne by the seller at loading seaport and buyer for the
unloading seaport.
10. The contracts start.
11. Buyer release payment to the seller. Shipment delivery per shipping schedule program via SWIFT
fund transfer within 7 banking days after discharge of cargo and receipt of all the relevant shipping
documents for immediate negotiation and at buyers bank account.
12. Seller release payment for all the entire brokers.
