NGC

While NGC (as a group of companies) has several listed subsidiaries, most of these are specific to a
particular initiative or joint venture and are not a separate physical company. In terms of a physical
company, the NGC group is limited to NGC itself, National Energy (formerly NEC), Phoenix Park Gas
Processors Ltd (majority NGC shareholding) and LABIDCO (NGC majority shareholding). As a group, NGC
remains highly profitable.
