Day One

All fruits except bananas. Your frst day will consist of all the fruits you want.
It is strongly suggested that you consume lots of melons the frst day.
Especially watermelon. If you limit your fruit consumption to melons, your
chances of losing 1- !gs on the frst day are "ery good.
Day Two
All "egetables. You are encouraged to eat until you are stu#ed with all the
raw or coo$ed "egetables of your choice. %here is no limit on the amount or
type. &or your complex carbohydrate, you will start day two with a large
ba$ed potato for brea$fast. You may top the potato with one pat of butter.
Day Three
A mixture of fruits and "egetables of your choice. Any amount, any 'uantity.
(o bananas yet. (o potatoes today.
Day Four
)ananas and mil$. %oday you will eat as many as eight bananas and drin$
three glasses of mil$. %his will be combined with the special soup which may
be eaten in limited 'uantities.
Day Five
%oday is a feast day. You will eat 1 *one+ cup of rice. You also ha"e to eat ,
*six+ whole tomatoes and drin$ 1 *twel"e+ glasses of water today to cleanse
your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing.
Day Six
%oday is another all "egetables day. You must eat 1 cup of rice today and eat
all the "egetables you want coo$ed and uncoo$ed to your heart-s content.
Day Seven
%oday your food inta$e will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit .uice and all the
"egetables you care to consume. %omorrow morning you will be f"e to eight
$ilograms lighter than 1 wee$ ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat
the program again. /epeat the program as often as you li$e, howe"er, it is
suggested that you rest for three days before e"ery repetition.
Imp. (ote0 1ore than one cup of co#ee with mil$ is especially forbidden. 1il$
and oil add empty calories to your diet. A"id co#ee lo"ers can console
themsel"es with blac$ co#ee. 2owe"er, after the frst wee$, it will help your
digestion and set your stomach. %he $ey thing to remember is that if you are
hungry at any time, then you are not following the diet correctly. Almost all
people gi"e up the diet when they are hungry because of dieting. %he secret
of this program is that you should ne"er hungry. If it is a "egetable day, eat
so much "egetables that you are ne"er hungry. If it is a fruits day, eat so
much fruits that you are ne"er hungry. You may be bored of eating "egetables

%he following soup is intended as a supplement to your diet. It can be eaten

consume large 'uantities of this soup.

unlimited 'uantities. %his soup is a supplement while you are on the program
and it should be a pleasure to eat. (ot e"eryone li$es cabbage, green
peppers, calory etc. %his recipe is not in@exible. You may substitute
"egetables according to your taste. You may add any "egetables you li$e0
asparagus, peas, corn, turnips, green beans, cauli@ower, etc. %ry to stay away
