CHAPTER II Research %ethodo&o#y
The %ethodo&o#y adopted in conducting the study must be fully e!plained. The scientific reader ould
like to kno in detail about such thing. )o as the study carried out* (hat as its basic design* If the
study as an e!perimental one, then hat as the e!perimental one, then hat ere the e!perimental
manipulations* If the data ere collected by means of questionnaires or intervies, then e!actly hat
questions ere asked +The questionnaires or intervie schedule is usually given in an appendi!,. If
measurements ere based on observation, then hat instructions ere given to the observers* -egarding
the sample used in the study the reader should be told" (ho ere the subjects* )o many ere there*
)o ere they selected* All these questions are crucial for estimating the probable limits of
generali%ability of the findings. The statistical analysis adopted must also be clearly stated. In addition to
all this, the scope of study should be stated and the boundary lines be demarcated. The various limitations,
under hich the research project as completed, must also be narrated.
In this section you are required to furnish "

CHAPTER III .indin#s and Ana&ysis
A detailed presentation of the findings of the study, ith supporting data in the form of tab&es and charts
to#ether "ith a !a&idation of resu&ts, is the ne!t step in riting the main te!t of the report. This generally
comprises the main body of the report, e!tending over several chapters. The result section of the report
should contain statistica& summaries and reductions of the data rather than the ra" data. All the
results should be presented in logical sequence and splitted into readily identifiable sections. All relevant
results must find a place in the report. 5ut one is to decide about hat is relevant in the basic question.
Statistica& too&s are to be used for ana&y/in# the data' "hich is mandatory.
CHAPTER I0 1imitations of the Study
CHAPTER 0 Conc&usions 2 Su##estions ) Recommendation
A statement of &onclusions 6 'uggestions in non3technica& &an#ua#e is required so that all concerned
can easily understand it. 5ased on data analysis presented in earlier chapters, relevant observations
inference to be made/dran. And in second part of this chapter. #ractical suggestions/recommendations
are to be given to the organi%ation. Then, if the findings happen to be e!tensive, at this point, they should
be put in the summari%ed form.
