Second employee questionnaire

Why fill out this questionnaire?


Introduction by senior management of xxx, related to strategy and policy. The heading of
Section 1 (and the questions) are tailored to strategic focus areas – in the case below,
global climate change.

This second questionnaire is for evaluation of the campaign. Please take time to answer
the questions as well as you can. It should only take about 15 minutes. The survey is open
for one week, that is,that is, from 18th March – 25th March 2009 zzzzzz.. Click here.

Section 3. About your personal action following the campaign
