Mi-Pay, Ltd. provides mobile initiated payment services. Its products and services include mobile prepay top up, which
enables Banks, mobile operators, mobile virtual network operators, and transport companies to outsource their payment
transaction services; micro-payment and eMoney services

Regional Director; selected in recognition of strong networks across corporate environments to re-establish divisions and to
strategically enhance company’s Mobile Initiated Payment platform across European, African and Middle Eastern territory;
generating in excess of $10m pipeline, with $3m personally closed, representing 170% over achievement in 2008.

• Developed integral relationships with key financial instituitions, Telco’s operators (MNO/MVNO) and VAR’s; implemented

services in the B2B community.

Sales & Marketing Director; led the creation and establishment of UK offices along with the EMEA operational hub for new data
systems business with a total staff compliment of 89 personnel; managed country Managers to maximise operations in diverse
cultural and operating environments:

• Directed country specific sales strategies and partner programmes, which led to securing agreements with Capgemini;
additionally signed a worldwide agreement with HP to incorporate Samsung’s Mobile Payments solutions, which
successfully added $12.5m in sales revenues for the region.

EDS; along with a wide range of regional local partners and system integrators.

Distribution Sales Director; initially appointed as Sales Director for Middle East & Africa and successfully promoted to senior role in
recognition of sales achievements; tasked with rejuvenating a previously underperforming region along with effectively reorganising
marketing functions and sales channels:

• Achieved total annual targets within 1st quarter through delivery of $500k net and $1.2m partner revenues; promoted to
reorganise channels and to influence key strategic partners to incorporate Microstrategy products over competitor
solutions – successfully increased alliance revenues three-fold.
• Managed and motivated a cross-functional team of five personnel, encompassing marketing, pre-sales, partner
management and sales functions; led individual bid teams on high-value projects.
• Significantly rejuvenated ailing Northern Europe region through successful recruitment of ‘best of breed’ partners and re-

1995 to 1999, ViewSonic Inc - MEA Region

ViewSonic® Corporation is a leading global provider of visual display and computing products. ViewSonic develops,
markets and supports a broad range of innovative products, including computers, LCD monitors, projectors, LCD TVs,
digital photo frames, digital signage displays and other consumer electronics products.

Sales Director; selected to manage all regional operations with a focus on overhauling and re-energising the dealer channels;
successfully implemented varied incentive strategies and programmes with increases in revenues achieved from $3m to $6.5m
within 6 months: overall revenue achieved in excess of $25m, representing 60% of entire EMEA entity.

• Single handily brought on board three master distributors through appointment of major businesses; utilised US concepts
and duplicated successes in the markets to attain profit margins of 18% against industry averages of 3-5%.
• Negotiated key strategic agreement with Intel, securing $6.5m financing to support joint worldwide television advertising
and marketing campaigns with considerable strategic benefits to the organisation.
