LIABILITY RELEASE: I RELEASE AND AGREE THAT SPONSOR, PARAMOUNT OR ANY PROMOTION PARTY (A) WILL NOT BE
RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES AND LIABILITY OF ANY KIND
(INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL
OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, COUNSEL FEES AND COURT COSTS) ARISING FROM ANYTHING RELATING TO (I) PROMOTION,
EXECUTION OR ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROMOTION (OR YOUR PARTICIPATION); (ii) CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
OF ANY ASPECT OF THE PROMOTION; (iii) USE OF ANY WEB SITE RELATED TO THE PROMOTION OR MATERIALS ON THEM;
(iv) ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NONUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (v) PARTICIPATING IN OR TRAVELING TO
ANY PROMOTION-RELATED ACTIVITY; (B) HAS NOT MADE ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO SUCH PRIZES
QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

INDEMNITY: I further agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, I will indemnify, defend and hold

shareholders and employees from and against any injuries, losses, damages, claims, actions and liability of any

their employees, officers, directors and agents.

INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW EXCLUSIONS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR INCIDENTAL OR
