Starting with your Sizzling Start incentives and building from there,
you will soon be at the head of a trained and motivated team and the
bonuses will be prolific!

Sistaco Ambassador Personal Income Rewards

As an active Sistaco Ambassador you will earn a minimum of 25% on your personal retail sales,
and this is just the beginning!
The following figures are based on:
An average style session of $600 (the industry average). The Sistaco Style Session
currently sits at $700

You are also able to earn an additional 5% on your personal sales by generating sales in excess
of $1,999 per month. Furthermore, if you are looking to make this more than a hobby, you can
increase that by another 3% once you reach a target of $4,000 in personal sales.
You also have the opportunity to build a team of women entrepreneurs and can earn an
additional 3% to 13% in Team Override Bonuses on sales of your team.

Sistaco Sizzling Start Incentive

In addition to the generous Sistaco commission structure, and to provide you with the best
start possible from your new Sistaco business, we offer you the ability to receive the following
rewards during your first month with us.
Days 114 (from your kit despatch date)
Receive $50 worth of free jewellery kit extenders when your personal sales reach
$1000+ in your first 15 days of becoming a Sistaco Ambassador (approx. 1-2 style
sessions)
OR
Receive $100 worth of free jewellery kit extenders when your personal sales reach
$2000+ in your first 15 days of becoming a Sistaco Ambassador (approx. 3-4 style
sessions)
AND
Receive $100 worth of free jewellery when you start to build your Sistaco business by
sponsoring your first qualified Ambassador (kit dispatched) in your first 15 days who
must remain active for a minimum of 3mths.
Days 1530
Receive $100 worth of free jewellery kit extenders when your personal sales reach
$2000+ in days 16-30 of becoming a Sistaco Ambassador (approx. 3-4 style sessions)
AND
Continue building your Sistaco business and receive $50 worth of free jewellery for
each qualified Ambassador you sponsor in days 16-30 who must remain active for a
minimum of 3 months.

Sistaco Stylish Tote
Earn your very own professional and stylish Sistaco tote bag to carry your jewellery from style
session to style session. Hold 8+ style sessions with a minimum of $2,999 retail sales and
sponsor 3 qualified Ambassadors in 30 days.
Ongoing Rewards
Receive $100 worth of free jewellery kit extenders every time you achieve $2000+ per month

The structure is tiered into 6 categories, commencing with Sistaco Ambassador and
culminating in Diamond Ambassador, all designed for you to progress smoothly through. The
details of performance requirements and responsibility are provided in the following pages.
Progression can be as rapid as your enthusiasm and performance permits and rest assured our
support of you through the levels remains active and constant. The senior levels/ranks of

Achieve and maintain personal retail sales of $250+ per month
Personal Commission & Bonuses
25% commission on all your retail sales, including style sessions, online parties and
catalogue sales
5% Personal Sales Volume bonus by achieving $1,999+ in retail sales per month thereby
taking your personal commission to 30%
Additional 3% Personal Sales Volume bonus by achieving $4,000 in retail sales per

Bronze Ambassador

To assist your understanding of the terms used in the Sistaco documentation this appendix
offers definitions. If you are not clear about anything please speak to us directly.

Ambassador Levels:
Ambassador The basic level of Ambassador or new recruit earning personal commissions on
personal sales only
Bronze Ambassador Is the first level of Ambassador promotion
Silver Ambassador Is the second level of Ambassador promotion
Gold Ambassador Is the third level of Ambassador promotion
Platinum Ambassador Is the fourth Level of Ambassador promotion
Diamond Ambassador Is currently the top level of Ambassador promotion
Active Ambassador A current Ambassador in good standing with sales of a minimum of $250 per
month needed to preserve the status of active
Ambassador Agreement The formal understanding under which an Ambassador is appointed and
continues to operate
Commission/Bonuses/Incentives The way in which Ambassadors are remunerated
First Line Refers to Ambassadors personally sponsored by you
Inactive Ambassador An Ambassador who has not achieved $250 in retail sales per month for 3
consecutive months therefore voiding their contract. To become active again you need to book and
hold 4 parties in 4 weeks
Month Refers to a calendar month
Personal Sales Commissions Commission earned on net sales for which the Ambassador is solely
responsible
Personal Sales Sales for which the individual Ambassador is solely responsible
Personal Sales Volume Bonus (PSVB) Bonus paid on personally generated sales once target is reached
Personal Team Yourself and all your personally sponsored Ambassadors
Qualified Ambassador - Once the Ambassador Agreement has been received at head office and the kit
has been dispatched, an Ambassador is considered qualified
Retail Sales All net sales to the end customer/consumer, after any GST component is deducted

Second Line Refers to Ambassadors sponsored by your first line of Ambassadors
Sistaco Party Orders exceeding $250
Sizzling Start incentive Special remuneration and bonus arrangement applicable only for the specified
early days following an Ambassadors dispatch of kit
Diamond Ambassador Bonus A 1% bonus paid on the team sales of all Platinum Ambassadors in your

Stylist kit/ Product and Display kit This includes the stock display and promotional material provided
by Sistaco to new Ambassadors upon joining and paying the requisite fee
Tax All Sistaco Ambassadors are independent and are responsible for their own tax as required by
the Australian Taxation office
