This document, supplemental to your training package, contains hyperlinks to all relevant legislation, codes
of practice and guidance relevant to the current NEBOSH National Diploma syllabus (February 2010
specification). Please note that, where appropriate, the legislation referenced may already be more current
than the most recent published syllabus guide (e.g. various discrimination legislation have been repealed
under the Equality Act 2010).
While all efforts have been made to ensure that each link provides the most current version of each
document, legislation is constantly being updated, amended and superceded. We would therefore welcome
any feedback from students that may assist us in keeping this document as current as possible.
