General Tuition Fees Policy
Tuition Fees are applicable for students who enroll in USBI starting in 2014/2015 academic year.
Deposit is equal to 50% of the total amount of 1st semester tuition fee.
Semester tuition fees (for semester 2 onward) should be paid 7 days before each semester begins.
For any Overseas and Dual Degree Programs, the tuition fees will follow the regulation and tuition fees procedure of the Partner University.
Total tuition fees for overseas programs are applicable for 7 semesters of study in Indonesia and 1 semester of study at IESEG, France.
The USBI tuition fees for FOB-IESEG Dual Degree programs are applicable for 4 semesters and 1 short semester of study in Indonesia. The additional IESEG fees and living costs are provided as an estimate only.
In order to complete the enrollment , prospective students should make payments of: Refund Policy
Deposit within 14 days of acceptance (i.e. when the Offer Letter is issued), and Deposit is refundable and an Administration fee of Rp 2,500,000 will be applied. In Circumstances:
Balance of 1st semester tuition fee 7 days before new student orientation begins. Applicants fail to graduate from high school, or
Applicants accepted and enrolled to state university
Balance will be refunded 75% if students withdraw from USBI within the first 7 days of the beginning of the first semester.
