Thank you for your purchase of Plant Design System (PDS

) v8 SmartPlant Enabled
software from Intergraph

Corporation.

PDS v8 SE requires a SmartPlant license key before you can run the software. Contact
Intergraph to obtain the license key. Please refer to the SmartPlant License Manager
Installation and Users Guide (DPDS3-PB-200019E) for more information. The
document is delivered with PDS v8 SE and available on the Intergraph eCustomer Web
site. Use the following steps to download the document from the eCustomer web site:
1. Connect to https://crmweb.intergraph.com/.
2. Log in to the eCustomer site using your login and password.
If you do not know your eCustomer login, you can call the Global
Order Desk at 1-800-766-7701.
You can also request an eCustomer login at
http://ppm.intergraph.com/support/accountreq.asp.
3. Click Product Documentation.
4. Click Product Documentation.
5. Click SmartPlant License Manager in the list of Available Documentation.
6. Click Version 9.0 in the list of Available Versions.
7. Click SmartPlant License Manager Installation and Users Guide.

U.S. lease customers who manage their own licenses can connect to the eLicense Web
site (3https://ppmapps.intergraph.com/eLicense). This site allows customers to manage
licenses and receive new license keys automatically by e-mail (according to their signed
Lease Agreement and Software License Agreement). Check with your companys
Intergraph contact if you need more information about eLicense.

Other ways to request a license key are listed below. You will be asked to provide your
license server Machine ID, LAN IDs, e-mail address and other contact information. An
Intergraph Software Delivery representative will e-mail your key to you within 48 hours
of receipt of your request.

Connect on the Web to a product web page:
1. http://ppm.intergraph.com/pds
2. Click Learn More.
3. Click (SmartPlant) License Key Request Form.
4. Complete the form and send it to Intergraph.
U.S. customers can call 1-800-766-7701 for the Global Order Desk. Follow Support
and Sales links. Outside the U.S., call your local Intergraph Process, Power &
Marine (PPM) Support.
