Project overview: Robert Levon Been of Black Rebel Motor Cycle Club pays tribute to his late father's music with an unforgettable live
performance leading his father's legendary band The Call. Starting with their self-titled 1982 debut, The Call gained acclaim from countless
critics and had their music hailed as uncompromising, urgent, bristling, and even apocalyptic. Those in the know from Spin to New

electrifying event. In addition to delivering passionate lead vocals, Robert played his fathers signature fretless bass guitar (which had been
stolen but returned in time for the event). The musical connection that was created is seamless, and all the crowds expectations were

Matthew J ohnston has been committed to making music since he was 13, beginning as a drummer playing with acts ranging from rock to hip

adulthood, Matthew's passion persevered; performing, producing, arranging, and mixing his debut EP, There Will be Miracles, entirely on his

Everything started with a vision. In late 2011, producer Frank Bones was creating the basic tracks of a funky pop demo. He had enough confidence in his
scouting talent to wait for the right interpret. Then he met Aiza.
Aiza is a young Burundese born in Montreal. An actress and singer-songwriter, she was eager to share her talent and musical ideas. Aiza has already
gathered impressive stage experience for her young age, both in the dramatic and the musical realms. Winner of a Camp Broadway scholarship that brought
her to New York, she's part of the 2013 distribution of Denise Filliatrault's take on Hairspray.
A close relationship evolved from jamming song ideas between Aiza and Frank. Both their influences came into collision to create a unique blend. Building on
a strong pop structure, the project incorporated reggae, soul/motown and a lot of 80's synth based winks. It is going to be Aiza first solo album and the first
time Frank Bones ventures into english production. We at TGPR feel extremely honored and excited to be part of this album. T
