Description:
A color full-bleed event ad to promote a
fundraiser using only Microsoft Word and a
scanner.

Process:
I had to frst pic an image and with the arrival
of the new spider man movie i came up with
the idea of a superhero night. I then went to
word where i had inserted the picture and
then from it chose the shapes that i used to
help iluminate the rest of the ad.

Process:
The frst thing i did with this project was go to
CG Textures to fnd the background of water
as well as the younger child celebrating in the
background. From there i used photoshop
with the masking layers as well as adjusting
the color background with the paint brush
with the opacity set at 25% i had melted the
pictures together. Then i put in the text and
used the same masking technique to give the
letters the same efect as the water.

Process:
I frst created some sketches of my layout.
Then I used my sketch as a guide to create
this layout in Adobe InDesign. I also
emphasized one word in my title for more
contrast, and to create a good focal point.
I left white space and kept my body copy
small. I was given the image, logo, and
content for this fier.

Process:
The process was fairly simple the frst thing
i did way lay our three hexagons to make
it appear like stepping stones since fnding
the right person can be hard at times. The
next item i did was create the blue bar then
placed the text into the bar. On the back of
the business card i wanted to carry the logo
through out the project and put reversed the
color scheme from the front to give it a great
fow. The LetterHead went through the same
process for the bar at the top.

Process:
I took this picture using BYUI Canon
PowerShot camera. I was able to take this nice
shot. I then took my image into Photoshop
and cropped it to a 66 inch square. From the
pictures i took inspiration from the way light
lays out a circle around it when lit i created a
circle that would bring focus to the lamp. The
background color scheme for this project i
found was from The Focus book for class.

Process:
the process for this project was fairly simple
i had taken my initiials to make a logo the
frst logo at the top was an idea inspired from
my frst job working with my brother in law.
The Second and third were ideas that i had
taken from other students in and out of the
classroom. The third logo is my favorite

Process:
In this process I had taken the project
assignment from the same week and had
inserted my personal logo as well as made
links showing each of my children except for
Lydia due to the fact that all my pictures of
her would not come through clearly.
