Skills Requirement
Technical leadership for local software engineering activities to design and
develop electronic products
Establish quality and timeliness of all design reviews in all product lines.
Coordinate globally to insure appropriate experts review design and insure
lessons learned are incorporated
Responsible for product line business acquisition activities from technical
perspective, including quotation/technical presentation material, Prepare
presentation for review meetings with customer & local management. Responsible
for product engineering support of manufacturing
8 years project work experience (as project team member) in automotive
electronics
5 years management experience in automotive electronics
Project management methodology
Ability to keep a reliable overview on multidciplinary activities
Responsible for teams project tasks being completed in time, in quality, in quantity
Resource allocation and work assignment in team
Team management experience with at least 5 team members
More than 5 years of work experience in Automotive embedded software
development, model based development and auto coding experience preferred
Deep understand on the software engineering (e.g. V model)
Familiar with C language, OSEK, CAN bus, and related tools for development and
tools
More than 1 year of work experience in design, development & testing of
automotive ECU, model based development and auto coding experience preferred
Embedded development tool especially Matlab / Simulink/ Stateflow and dSPACE
tool chain like TargetLink experience
Experience with simulation and development tools, e.g. Vector CANoe, etc
Experience with C and assembler
Be familiar with 16-/32-bit microprocessor basic knowledge and application
is a plus.
Real time operating system OSEK programming experience preferred
CAN bus software design experience preferred
Good at test experience on embedded system.
Know well for SW test and HW development flow
Support on design test process and improve the test flow
Have the experience on auto product
Know well on Language of Assembly and C;
Monitor project efforts and budgets through efficient reporting
Support the project teams through decisive analysis on costs and resources
Good at all office software applications (MS Office, MS excel, MS PPT...)
Good at both written and verbal English, Chinese is a plus
Project management experience in automotive industry or data handling
experience will be much preferred
Capture and analyze customer requirements with regards to technical aspects
Define System Requirements from the customer requirements
Design of System Architecture for various Body Electronic systems
Bachelor degree or above in electrical engineering or electronic related field
At least 3 years relevant experience in developing automotive electronic control
modules
Familiar with automotive communication and diagnostic protocols (i.e. GM-LAN,
CAN, LIN, UDS, etc.)
Requirements management software experience is preferred (i.e. DOORS)
Owner dedicated project management tool/process
Define rollout/implementation plan of certain tool/process
Tracking and reporting the implementation status of his tool/process
Graduate in business engineering (polytechnic) prefer
At least 2 years project management experience in automotive industry
Good at all office software.(PPT, excel, MS project etc.)
