1. What did you like or dislike about your previous job?

- I liked the professional attitude and the workplace environment that was provided to
me. Another thing I liked was the close knit and interpersonal communications that
were prevalent between managers and employees.The company also believed in
their employees and seemed to really think about my future growth and professional
progress.

2. What major challenges and problems did you face? How did you handle them
- In the situation that I dont know what will I do. So that I just relax myself and
wait the right time for me to have a job.

3. What is your greatest strength?
- Education: including knowledge, degrees, certificates and even self-learnt
knowledge.
Experience: Lots of work are hard-training or requires candidates to work at
once. Therefore experience is great strength.
Skills: including techniques, management skill or leadership skill, soft skills.
Abilities.

4. What is your greatest weakness?
- Working with paperwork is really frustrating to me. I always have
difficulties dealing with this. I think it will be easier for me to do all
my paperwork at a certain time rather than complete each of them
at different times. Thats too hard to keep up with.

- Relaxing my self.

- By having project , we overcame it by thinking of a way for the project to be

- Having a confidence is not enough about my skill. I should be more intelligent
on what will happen next.

- I evaluate success by looking at myself.

- Theres no more challenge for me on that previous job.

- In the situation that we must able to light those LED lights. Being a leader
that leads me to have a plan and organize to do things that we can.

- A leader, because I direct people, I want things to go my way especially
when I know that I can excel in a team project.

- I searched about the company and I know that this company is good and

feel?

- When I was fired, it made me felt bad, because I know that I did everything to
be efficient in my work.

- As per the labor law, one worker should work for 8 hours per day with one
restday per week; it is a total of 48 hours.

- It is more important to be skillful because you cannot be dependent on luck, if
you are not skillful, how can you work efficiently?

- I will describe my dream job by simply saying my future. Because as my
dream job come true. Theres no way I will let it go.

- If it is necessary, yes.

- Minimum will do.

- The will say what I am. Because I am sure that during my school days, my

- Nothing because I know that I am living my life the way it should be and God
gave me everything that He wants so, I do not have to change anything
whatever happens.

- Being strong. I believe that keeping your head cool, being responsible and
performing all the assignments are what you need to be a good employee. I
am hard working, and I will prove it at work.

- I measure success by my efforts, skills and also by having a hardwork to be
able to reach that success.

- I can consider myself successful if I already failed because for me failure is
the best teacher, as they say learn from your mistakes.

- A boss that has a leadership, a boss that can handle serious problems of the
company and specially a boss that has a good heart.

- By having a vacation to all the staffs around the company and I was happy
what I am doing.
