The article Human trafficking is informing readers about the estimate 9.5 million victims in Asia

to layber trafficking. This article also gives an understanding of what is human trafficking; furthermore ,
the ways on how to prevent human trafficking such as organizing form appealing for funds to send trained
investigators to track down criminal. The last information the article describe is about a study that was
held in southeast Europe that came out that by tightening the borders human trafficking will not stop
because the more stringent border control have led to an increase in trafficking, as people turn to third
parties to smuggle then out of the country. This article is very relevant to my issue, for the whole article

Stolz, Barbara Ann. "Human Trafficking." Criminology & Public Policy 9.2 (2010): 267-274.
Criminal Justice Abstracts with Full Text. Web. 19 June 2014.
The article Human trafficking by Stolz and Barbara Ann describes human trafficking in all
types of ways such as ways to improve law enforcement, so the officers can identify where and when
human trafficking is being committed and gives reason why it need to be enforcer. Also the article
describes human trafficking by showing examples of criminal justices administration and criminal
investigation for the reader can get a better understanding and a clear vision of what is going on. Not to
forget that this article also gives specific recommendation from where are all the victims? by Amy
Farrell, Jack McDevitt and Stephanie Fahy. Most important, this article is relevant for me because it
shows few examples on how to deal with this issue that concerned many of us in society.

The documentary Not For Sale investigated several poor country that suffer form have human
trafficking and it explain this big issue that concerned many of us. This film looks at farmers, indigenous
people, and anti-globalization activists who oppose patents on life and advocate for a world where life is
not a commodity but something to be treasured. The documentary strangely states how to deal with this
issue; however, it demonstrates how the human trafficking is elaborate in few countries in Europe.
Furthermore it also make real interview with people who has experience this terrible problem. Not only
does the documentary demonstrate how the trafficking treat the children as slaves , but it also show how
several foundations exist to help this poor women and children to have a better life. This document is
relevant to my research because it explains and demonstrates how this terrible issue can be deal with.

The book the slave next door by Kevin Bates and Ron Soudalter is very eye opening and a bit scary. This
book is different from my others research because it focus more on how slaves come to be, what the slave
does and how to free slave. The book also reveals the live and personal stories of victims of human
trafficking. What I liked the most about this book is that it show how slavery can be prevented, and it
demonstrate a plan how archive freedom from slaves. This book is relevant to my research, for its very
graphic and I can have a better understanding on the meaning and on the issue.
