age, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at Brgy. 7-A Laoag City, DO
HEREBY NAME CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT INGRID MARTINA F. MARTINEZ, of
legal age, Filipino, with residence and postal address at 4746 Peralta St., Manila, to be our true
and lawful attorney-in-fact, for us and our name, place and instead, to do and perform due
following acts and things, to wit:

1. To process and follow-up regarding Transfer of Titles to Reynaldo M. Fiesta and
Dolores F. Gonzales with TCT No. 16800 ;
2. To secure business permit at the City of Laoag, Ilocos Norte and do business in the
property;
3. To receive and acknowledge receipt of such documents;
4. To sign and execute documents pertinent thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises, as
fully to all intent, and purposes as we might or could lawfully do if personally present, with
power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that our said
attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these present.
