DELEGATED:

there is no controversy or opposition, or contested lots
the value of which does not exceed 100k as may be
assigned by the SC


SPECIAL:
a) Petitions for habeas corpus in absence of all RTC judges in
the province or city.

SUMMARY PROCEDURE:
a) FE and UD cases irrespective of the amount of damages
or unpaid rentals; atty fees must not exceed 20k
b) All other cases, except probate proceedings where the
total claim does not exceed 100k, 200k exclusive of
interest and costs
