1. References:
a. Letter of Instruction 01/11 Criminal Investigation Course dated January 17,
2011;
b. Chief, PNP-approved DIDM Memo dated November 5, 2010 re
Investigative Training Programs for the Line officers of the PNP.

2. This pertains to the Closing Ceremony of the Criminal Investigation Course
(CIC) Class 255-2014 last July 4, 2014 held at the Cebu Police Provincial Office
Training Room, PPSC Building, Sudlon, Lahug, Cebu City.

3. A total of sixty (60) PNCOs assigned as Investigators and WCPD Officers
were declared as graduates after completing all the requirements of the Program of
Instruction of the Criminal Investigation Course conducted during the period of May 13,
2014 to July 1, 2014. This CIC class was infused with the subjects, Traffic Management
in Investigation, Basic English Communications Skills and Police Correspondence
which will be helpful during case investigations.
