The Productive Illiterates

Reading and writing the basic necessity for survival. Its

signifcance extends not only in classrooms but also in the real
world. For an individual to be respected he should ma!e a way
to learn how to read and write since in the society where we
live illiteracy is not an excuse.
"ocally three out of ten Filipinos are illiterate. In other
words #$ % of the population is proven to be worthless bums
of the society. The ris! that slows our society&s development is
at high weight and we cannot neglect this '(.) million illiterate
people.
Therefore we strongly propose the use of technological
advancement to solve the fast rising problem of our society*
brain transplant. +nimals are of more use compared to
illiterate humans. ,ut although being a burden the latter is far
more intelligent. The combination of human brain and animal
body will create a genetic ma!e up that would ma!e both
animal and human better than their individual state. This is
because man even having a low cognition still man can thin!
better than animals do. -an has still the mindset to follow
whatever is as!ed from him.
People might .uestion the credibility of this proposal
because this could be both expensive and dangerous at the
same time. /ave anybody thought what future awaits the
uneducated0 1enerally they will not be accepted on any
institutions and business sectors since they are below the
re.uired standard. 2oon they will end up starving and begging
in streets. 3orst of all the potential criminals within them will
ascend.
3e believe that the safety of the erudite is far more
important than anyone else&s. +fter all they are the ma!er of
this sustainable world. +nd considering the cost for human
protection damage control and capturing and !eeping
criminals it would be intolerable lifetime expense compared to
this one time operation.
To sum it up doing so would be economically and
environmentally benefcial. 4conomical since the population
will dramatically decrease therefore lessening the
consumption for food shelter and other resources. +nd
environmental since the decaying corpse of the empty bodies
could be used as fertili5ers in growing plants. +side from that
this proposal could also improve the educational dimension of
our society. 2tarting ten years of age students will undergo
the transplant lesser students will be sent to school and thus
bigger budget would be given to every student.
