Note:

1. There should always be one PST attached to the user, no more than one PST is
allowed, if anyone having more than one PST attached to his mailbox then don’t
perform the activity and tell ‘System Group’
2. The activity in this manual is performed on the user Named ‘Kashif Ahmed’, so all
the steps are carried with his filename; they will definitely differ from user to user.
3. The User on whom the activity is going to be performed should have local admin
rights of his/her system before the installation process begun and the rights will be
taken back after the process will be completed

STEP 1: Verifying that mailbox contains no items, compacting the PST and

As you can see that there is only one file attached so you can proceed, otherwise inform
System Group.

otherwise select ‘Kashif Ahmed’

The file with the name ‘Mailbox- Kashif Ahmed’ is the file on the Mail server it always
start with the ‘Mailbox-username’ and the other file is the ‘PST’ file which is required for
the migration. We have to verify that all the ‘Mailbox-Kashif Ahmed’ items are
transferred to ‘Kashif Ahmed’ folders.
As the above snap shows that there are no mails in the ‘Mailbox-Kashif Ahmed’ so we
don’t need to move any thing otherwise we have to just drag the emails form the inbox of
