 Separation of East Pakistan World Order and Pakistan

NEW WORLD ORDER AND PAKISTAN

1. In the ancient history of mankind, there are two civilizations Romans were conquerors and Greek were
philosophers. Europe dominated the world due to combination of both civilizations and ruled the world for
next 5 centuries.
2. In the 7th century Roman Empire lose strength and Muslims emerged. From 7th century to 15th century,
this is the period when western people were living in a dark ages i.e. life of ignorance. When they write
history they call the dark ages but ignoring the facts that it is the golden period of Muslim civilization.
3. Society was dominated by kings and priests. A full cooperation b/w kings and priests and both collectively
exploited the masses. In this period there were some divine rights of king as a divine guidance from the
Lord.
4. In 16th century, a movement started lead by the graduates of Muslim universities what they called
renaissance. The first reaction was against the king. This was done in collaboration with the church, other
were exploiting the masses.
5. One of the cardinal principles was since church has deprived the masses and so now church should be
separated from the power and religion was declared as a personal issue. In this way the religion was
separated from the society (Secularism).
6. Secularism was one the basis of the success of western system. Gradually the powers of monarchs were
also reduced till 19th century the kings were left with no powers. A new form of Govt came in to existence,
called democracy it is also called sovereignty of the people.
7. The 3rd thing emerged was Jews were less in number and were scattered. The Joins held a meeting in the
last half of the 19th century; we were less in number and cannot dominate the world. They wanted a
system so that they can dominate the world. They said they can do it by controlling the economy of the
world because they have got capital. A movement started called Zionism and it is called free marketing.
This free marketing became the third principle of western society.
8. Three basic principles of Modern Western Society
o Democracy
o Secularism
o Capitalism
9. There were also 3 philosophers (Jews).
o Darwin came with the theory of Evolution. According to Darwin’s theory people are free
to do whatever they want as it is in their nature because they were once animals. It
eroded the ethical and moral part of human life as all the divine religions state man as
good nature. This theory was empowered by the Modern Christianity of Saint Paul.
o Karl Marks gave the theory of Socialism as he was against the Capitalist system of
economy. He said that it is all about competition b/w haves and have not’s.
o Sigmund Freud gave the theory that the most important factor in human life is Sex. All
the motivations came from sexual needs of humans and declared it as a basic need of
 human beings. This created a sexual anarchy the west is passing through these days nad
want to spread to the other areas of the world.
10. These all principles are important but cannot be given free hand.
11. West started the policies of the Roman Empire (to spread the empire as much as possible). Romans should
be unique in the whole picture and them to be followed by the rest of the people.
12. Another movement started called the rise of colonialism. They started occupying the other areas and
started exploiting their natural resources. Most of the areas occupied by them were inhabited by Muslims.
It started b/w the colonial powers due to race of colonialism.
13. In the beginning of 20th century the World War 1 took place. The Europeans fought each other and the
basis was economy. Same in the case of 2nd World War and colonial system collapsed.
14. After that a new system emerged with two powers USA and USSR. A conflict started b/w the both called
the Cold War. They fought proxy wars in Cambodia, Afghanistan, Korea, till the USSR collapsed in the end
of 20th century and the USA emerged as he Super Power (Supera Power).
15. This was the period when eh New World Order emerged.
16. In the last quarter before the collapse of USSR 2 articles were published.

o Clash of civilization: The conflict in the 21 century will be amongst the civilization and he
gave the name of 5 civilizations.
 Western Civilization
 Islamic civilization
 Indian civilization
 Chinese civilization
 Far Eastern civilization
 21st century will be the battle field of clash of civilizations
o End of History
 He was of the opinion, he was of the view that the best have been achieved by the
human beings and now nothing is left
 Best economic system Capitalism.
 Best social system western
 He tried to prove that western political, social and economic system is the best in
the world.
17. At the time of collapse of USSR, people questioned the status of NATO, but its commander said that there
is another danger and it is Islam. If there is clash then there is any form of compromise i.e. Islamic society
can compromise or accept the western concepts of Social, Economic and political system. Or there will be
an open clash as Islam is not ready to accept the western principles.

 Political System:
1) West is based on the concept on the sovereignty of people but in Islamic system the Sovereignty
belongs to ALLAH ALMIGHTY alone. (Sovereignty means the Ultimate Authority).
2) Authority is delegated to Man (as His deputy) as a sacred trust and Laws given by Allah must be
fulfilled and no one can change them.
3) No parliament, no elected representative can change the Rules and Laws given by the ALLAH
ALMIGHTY.
4) The western political system is based on secular system which states that religion is a personal
issue and state has nothing to do with the issue of religion.
 5) But in Islamic system it is the responsibility of the state to take measures for the religion.
6) Two basic differences

West Islamic
Sovereignty belongs to People Sovereignty belongs to ALLAH
Secular System (Religion is Personal issue) Religion is a state issue and a collective issue
rather personal.

7) We as a nation are committed to make Pakistan as an Islamic state.

 Economic system:
8) Western economic system is based on interest “Ribba” and fee marketing.
9) While in Islamic system the Interest “Ribba” is prohibited.
o Muslims are not ready to accept the Interest as the base of Islamic economic system.
10) Western economic system is based on cut throat competition
11) While in Islam it is based on sharing and caring each other.
o The system of Zakat (Compulsory) and Sadaqat (highly recommended).
o Muslims are not again ready to compromise this principle over western principle of cut
throat principle.
o There are fundamental differences b/w economic principles of Islam and west.

West Islam
Interest Interest is strictly prohibited

Competition b/w Haves and Have Nots Co operation b/w Haves and Haves Nots
(Capitalism & Open Marketing). (Zakat & Sadaqat).

 Social System:
12) Western society is called an open society. One can do anything what he/she wants. No check and
balance on the social behavior. i.e. Old Homes in west.
13) While in Islamic Social System ALLAH has ordered Muslims to take care of their old parents.
Parents are the responsibility of their children.
14) Evaluation test for accepting or declining any western norm:
o If it in conformity with the Laws Given B ALLAH and His Prophet (P.B.U.H) accept
others wise leave it whatever the consequences.
