Shrimp with
apple
- One quarter of an apple cut
into cubes
- 6 pieces of shrimp, WITHOUT
SKIN
- Pepper, olive oil, salt

1. Cook shrimps. (Whatever way
is convenient. Just dont
overcook and dont burn them.
2. Mix apples, the oil, pepper and
salt together with the shrimps.

omelette
- One large egg
- One tablespoon of water
- One teaspoon soy sauce
- Half a teaspoon of sugar
- Vegetable oil

1. Mix all the ingredients
together
2. Pour everything into a hot pan
3. Stir gently with a fork until it
is half set (mostly liquid)
4. Fold it half with a spatula, in
half again, until its a small
rectangle. Or square whatever

- Boneless, skinless chicken
breast (or filets)
- Salt, pepper, soy sauce, olive
oil
- Starch
- One lemon
1. After drying the chicken (just
get the excess blood and water
off), cut into bite sized pieces.
2. Marinade with salt, pepper,
and juice of half a lemon. (you
can do that overnight)
3. In the morning, coat the
chicken with starch.
3. Heat up large frying pan with
olive oil. Lay the chicken flat in
the pan, and make sure they
dont overlap. Cook until theyre
crispy and golden brown on
both sides.
4. DRIZZLE a SMALL amount of
soy sauce over the chicken.
Squeeze the remaining lemon
juice over the chicken.

-Raw skinned chicken breast
(or filets)
-The marinade
-2 tablespoon soy sauce
-1/2 tablespoon lime juice
-1/2 tablespoon chinese
cooking wine
-Grated ginger
-Some chilli flakes (just a
little)
- A pinch of sugar

- Cut the chicken breast into four
strips. Thread the strips onto
skewers.
- Marinate them skewers in the
marinade overnight.
- Add some oil in a pan, and cook
the skewers. When the chicken
is almost done, pour the extra
marinade onto the chicken.
