3454 sta"" into the or,anisation- This strategy was provisionally endorsed by the Board. It was
agreed that the Chair and Director would update members accordingly. The 2oard then had

cam(ai,ns in the (rocess o" three months- The Board acknowledged this was an enormous
workload and the need for consolidation and planning at the planned organisational away
day later in the year. It was also agreed to delay the planned event to open the new
offices/celebrate recent successes until the office was fully cleared of remains from the

it was agreed that the Board could delegate decisions in this area to staff trusting their
